A brand new house in reserve for 2 or 4 people -

Laid out in 2014, in a beautiful house of the 19th century called "The gravel", it may be suitable for a duet, a family of 4 or two couples .. With its own entrance, parking and private garden, it is south facing and faces the pastures of our beautiful Charolais.
Large living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Heating wood stove for a bit of authenticity!
Looking calm and soothing nature: there you are! Walks through the trails and many hiking trails, cycling for the brave, too lazy ,,,
You like sports and outdoor: lakes, rivers and lakes are available to you (Crescent Lake at 2km - Pond Neck in Lormes 7km - Tank Chaumeçon 10km - Watersports Settons 30 km approximately). Followers of water sports will enjoy themselves with the descent of Chalaux kayak or rafting. You can also enjoy mountain biking, quad rides make etc ...

Cultural and tourism plan, you'll be spoiled for choice: the must medieval town of Vezelay with its basilica - the castles of Bazoches and Chastellux sur Cure - cities of Avallon and Autun - Roman site Salty Fountains Abbey or Pierre-qui-Vire.
Also enjoy many garage sales - land markets and village festivals which follow each other throughout the summer.
