Newly Painted and Freshly Updated!

Freshly painted and completely redecorated! Bright and cheery beach cottage that is just a short walk and or golf car ride down to the beach! Site 1726 boasts what the entire Ocean Lakes experience is about! With a coastal/vintage esthetic, you will be sure to sit back and relax. Offering a large primary suite with a queen bed, standup shower, and vanity space to get ready. The two additional sleeping quarters offer twin beds and an additional bathroom in between. Perfect for small families and couples! ***No pets allowed***

The freshly updated kitchen is fully equipped with ALL kitchen supplies including crockpot, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, regular coffee pot, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, BRAND new refrigerator, smooth top stove/oven, and a microwave. All you will need to do is pack your bags when you choose to stay with us!

Please note that linens are not included. Optional linen package is available if guest(s) choose that option. Linen package will included sheets for each bed, bathroom towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels.

The property is thoroughly checked in between guest(s) and each guest is required to clean the property unless cleaning package has been chosen. All cleaning supplies are provided with a list of requirements in the home.

Primary guest(s) MUST be 25 years or older and MUST be present throughout the duration of your stay. We rent to families only. Absolutely not house parties and or large groups! Maximum overnight occupancy is FOUR (4) and is STRICTLY enforced. If guest(s) are caught breaking this term of the lease agreement, guest(s) will be asked to vacate the premises WITHOUT any rental money refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!

***Guests are aware that Ocean Lakes charges $12 per day for your vehicle (if you complete the express check-in form, if you do not choose to do express check-in or there is simply not enough time for the owner to send the express check-in information, Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day for your vehicle) to be inside the gates.*** This goes towards 24 hour gated security, unlimited access to the waterpark and beach! There are many great amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer such as indoor/outdoor pool, waterpark, lazy river, arcade, snack bar, campground store, mini putt putt, and an arcade!***

Myself, my friend and kids stayed 4 nights at this cute bungalow. We enjoyed having a golf cart and going for rides at night on the property. It was so convenient to bring all of our items to the beach during the day. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything you needed. We would definitely stay again!

The pictures are true to property, It was nice clean. If looking are looking for something for 2-3 people its perfect. We had a great time and was much needed vacation together. I love the outside lights on porch. Next time I need to bring Off bug spray they had a feast on us.

It’s a really nice place! The inside is very opened and the rooms are pretty spacious. Where you stay is near a back road and sometimes traffic can direct that way. That was the only thing that was a downfall for us. But we enjoyed the home, it had just about everything!

Absolutely loved our stay! I flush the toilet and flooded the floor… but the owner was very fast at responding and sending help. The house is tiny, and my husband is 6’2” and still had plenty of head clearance! I remember seeing a comment about this and it worried us. Can’t wait till next year!!!

Not what we expected

The ceilings were very low. Luckily none of us are taller than 5’8. Two of the “bedrooms” were EXTREMELY cramped. My 5’5 daughter stood in the middle of her room and could lay her hands flat on opposite walls. The single recliner was broken. The end recliner of the couch was very difficult to maneuver. Most of the home was more in line with the size of a small camper. When we stay a week on vacation, we spend a lot of time in the house. It was not a comfortable stay. I did notify the owner of the broken recliner, he said he knew about it. At the end of the stay, we were to clean several things per a list. No problem. We were to use the blower to blow off the driveway and porch area. There were 2 blowers. Neither worked. I notified the buyer. By the time we had a response from him saying not to worry about it, my husband hand already swept everything.

Beach Trip 22

Had a great time, the house is small. The toilets are very low to the ground and for larger folks it was a very small toilet and hard to get up from. The larger bedroom was great, the other side is very small and could not hardly get in there. Overall, it was a great week with our family. Cody was great to communicate with us about any issues.
