Casale Lucy is a private villa with pool in Le Marche, located in a territory of breathtaking hill views and at a short distance to the beaches of the Adriatic coast. It is suitable for those who wish to enjoy the quiet of the countryside with their friends or family. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, offers its guests a wide porch with tables, chairs and sofa, perfect for al fresco dining and a well groomed garden with panoramic pool with Roman stairs.

This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. A toilet and frigobar are available in the pool area.

- Air conditioning available on the first floor (living room and bedrooms)
- Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due;
- Heating to pay on spot: € 15 per day, only on the ground floor;
- Extra cleaning during the stay: € 10 per hour;
- Extra changes of linen or towels during the stay: € 10 per person/change;
- Groups of young age are allowed upon request
