Vacation in one of lower Deer Valley's premier residences. This contemporary mountain townhome was completely refurnished and remodeled in 2017. The floor to ceiling windows in the main living area offer stunning views of Deer Valley mountain. With over 2100 sq. ft. of living space, this home is perfect for groups of friends and families. Includes 3 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms and accommodates up to 7 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving any and all meals. The living room features a cozy fireplace that can be activated with a flip of a switch. Each bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, starter amenities and a flat screen TV equipped with a bluray player. It has a two-car garage and a private driveway for additional parking. The entry level features a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a spacious area to store ski/snowboard equipment and other gear.

This is one of favorite places to stay at Deer Valley! Corinne (our host) was very responsive and communicative. The house is updated, modern, and perfect for families. What an amazing place! Corinne was fantastic both before and during our stay—super responsive. The location was perfect, 3 minute drive or free shuttle service from your door to the Snow Park lift for Deer Valley. We never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. Main Street Park City is a 6 minute drive. There’s a free city bus but we also U reed with no problem.

Location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley, right on the shuttle route. The condo is beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. The property manager is so responsive and accommodating, we really appreciated that.

DV ski townhouse

Excellent location for DV; skier shuttle can be called to door of property. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, updated baths, full size washer and dryer, very convenient ski storage and dressing area at garage level. Mattresses in 2 secondary bedrooms uncomfortable, should be updated.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well-stocked townhome. It was very clean when we arrived, and had most everything we needed as far as appliances, beddings and kitchen necessities. The pictures on VRBO cannot begin to capture the beautiful views of DV from the unit. The setting was so stunning and serene. We really appreciated the portal to portal shuttle from the unit to Snow Park Lodge where the ski lifts for DV are. Corinne was very responsive in all communications and very easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Excellent group house near Deer Valley and Park City

We had an excellent time at this townhome during the second weekend of the Sundance Festival. We did not ski, but we were only minutes down the road from Deer Valley. We also were able to walk into Park City in about 15 minutes. The property was exactly as advertized in the photos. Everything was clean and worked fine. There were none of the typical hallmarks of a rental vacation property (broken appliances, not clean, trouble getting in, wifi not working, etc.). Everyone had a great time, and we hope to be able to stay here again in future years.

Luxury and comfort all in one

This was the first time my wife and I were in Deer Valley since 1999 - that was less than a year after we were married. This time we brought our three boys and the trip was - as teenagers would say - FIRE. We could not Detect any deficiencies with the condo. It was stunning. Communication with the owner was impeccable - if the inability to reach the property manager or owner sets of Alarms then you have nothing to worry about here. Not only would I stay again but I will be recommending this EXACT unit to anyone who is even thinking about skiiing. I cant wait to make it back and stay again.

Fresh and modern condo with large, open family room area. Kitchen was well-stocked with fresh ceramic pans and essentials, and the place felt very clean and well-appointed with lots of towels, blankets, humidifiers, etc. Our host Corinne was super responsive and the housekeeping she arranged was great. It’s on the Deer Valley shuttle app so was very easy to get transport to and from Snow Park. A hot tub would’ve been nice to have but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Would definitely stay again!

Lower Deer Valley

Place is very nice and updated and beds were very comfortable and Corinne is wonderful. We were guests in the summer and it was hot in PC. The place never cooled down even with the AC. And there really isn’t a patio or outside area to sit outside and there is no pool in the community which would have been very nice because of the heat.
