This conveniently and centrally located on the 2nd floor on an end unit and is near to all of the amenities that Sports Village has to offer making for a truly memorable vacation getaway at a great value.

No need to look any further! This home truly feels like home away from home. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in an immaculate, conveniently located condo with great amenities included?!

The Great Room is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and a flat screen TV with a blu-ray player and a glass slider opening to a viewed balcony.

The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, cookware and basic spices needed to prepare a delicious meal.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV with a DVD player . The NEW Hide a bed couch comes out for a second queen size bed.

The bathroom has an entry door from the bedroom as well as from the great room, a walk-in tiled shower, toilet, vanity and a stack-able washer/dryer combo along with laundry soap.

Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters are provided to get you started for your convenience.

This condo has incredible amenities with a beautiful pool, hot tub and children's pool located near the clubhouse. After a full day of swimming and fun in the sun, why not cook up some hamburgers or steaks on the large covered BBQ area where there are plenty of barbecues, tables and chairs available.

A beautiful lap pool with a hot tub is also an option for those wanting an adults only pool.

Shuffleboard, pickle ball, tennis courts and racquet ball are also available along with a clubhouse with a game room that has recently been remodeled.

This remodeled, second floor Sports Village condo has vaulted ceilings, and is close to all of the amenities that Sports Village has to offer for a great vacation getaway. The property was good little outdated the condo was decent the one is that wasn't good was the bed it was hard as a rock for that reason would not stay again with that condo but the host was great and we had a great time lots of things to do around town.

Condo for a golf trip

I started out over 6 years ago just cleaning vacation homes and now I run them.

This property is centrally located in St. George, Utah and convenient for getting to any sightseeing, hiking or biking destinations in Southern Utah. Restaurants, grocery and shopping are all within short driving distances. The amenities provided in Sports Village are unparalleled. 2 beautiful, large pools, 2 hot tubs, a baby pool, shuffle board, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, children's playground are all available very near to this condo and are complimentary to our guests.

We take pride in keeping our home immaculate and we are available 24/7 via text, phone call or e-mail for any questions, suggestions or concerns that arise.

What makes this property unique

Our guests are able to utilize all the amenities available to Sports Village, including the use of all the pools and hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, racquet ball, shuffle board, play ground area and club house. Our covered parking area and additional parking are all free and open on a first come first serve basis.

Our management is very customer service oriented and having lived in this area for more than 25 years, we love to offer suggestions on our "secret" local spots. We are prompt in being available should any concerns or issues arise.
