Pearl 1605 Sugar White Sand & Emerald Waters! Beautiful Gulf Views!

Tired of the crowds and the traffic. Then you will love Navarre Beach. Located between Destin and Pensacola Beach, it's a quiet family-friendly beach with sugar white sand and emerald colored water. From our 16th floor private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, you can relax and watch the dolphins and rays swim up and down the beach. You'll also see some of the most spectacular sun rises and sun sets.
Our condo is equipped with all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest bedroom features two queen beds. Both bedrooms have a TV/DVD combo. The master bath has a walk-in-shower and jetted tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The condo has free WI/FI included, just in case you need to "stay in touch".
There are two pools, one of which is heated, and a hot tub along with charcoal grills for your pleasure on the ground floor. There's a fitness center on the first floor.
Don't forget about the beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) that is included for convenience.

Excellent unit. Great view. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, containers, and gadgets. Bedding and towels are good quality. The area is beautiful and relaxing… it lacks the noise and congestion of many typical beach cities…a HUGE plus! This is our third stay in this unit, and we have never been disappointed.

Condo is as pictured. It's gorgeous! Beds are comfortable. View from the balcony is amazing. Kitchen has everything you would need. The beach chair and umbrella service that comes with the rental is nice. You don't have to carry your beach chairs and umbrella back and forth everyday and setup. It's already done for you. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for four days, and it went by way to quickly. The beach was lovely, and the condo is always clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in this condo 16 times. We have been coming to Navarre for 9 years this October. Planning another trip soon.

Navarre Beach Trip

Amazing!!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it hasn't disappointed yet. The views from the balcony are wonderful and that jetted tub is great after a long day at the beach

Love 1605

We have been staying in 1605 for six years. We love the decor and the beautiful view off the balcony. The owner has everything you could possibly want to use in the kitchen. The property manager was quick to reply when we had the incorrect code for our door. Thank you, Merle. See you in April.

Place is great but you should know

This was our first trip to the gulf coast and was looking for clear calm water but that was not the case. The water was rough and full of sea grass. I mention this in case the ocean is important to your trip. The condo was just as pictured but would recommend getting new frying pans. Also that area is pretty crowded in the summer so if you want less crowded areas maybe come in late spring or early fall.

Family vacation

My hubby, son (3) and I stayed for a whole week at this condo. We had a wonderful time! The complex is very quiet, clean, gated and the beach is beautiful. You cannot beat the view of the gorgeous water from the 16th floor large balcony. The beach is calm and if you're looking for a family friendly, but quiet location, this is the place for you. The condo was clean and functioned well for us. It was stocked well with all the starter things you would need and the kitchen very well stocked for preparing anything. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance or a short drive over the bridge. The long pier is great for an evening walk after dinner. We can't wait to visit again soon! Navarre is our new favorite place!
