About this property

House in the port of Perros Guirec - sea view

We rent a house completely renovated in 2014, quiet (edge ​​of the woods and into a dead end) for 2-6 people, located 150 meters from the marina of Perros Guirec. Shops nearby and many activities
(Hiking trails, sailing, surfing, diving, visit of the 7 islands on a tall ship or speedboat, boat hire, electric bike, golf, casino, tennis, restaurants, Gallic village, tree climbing, beaches etc ...).
It has a 500 m2 garden with wooden deck overlooking the harbor and bay. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor and 2 upstairs), a kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher, washing machine in dependence).
2 bathrooms (1 ground floor communicating with the chamber and 1 upstairs) 2 toilets (1 independent ground floor and one in the bathroom on the floor).
Baby equipment available (cot, high chair, bath and changing table).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (extra charge); water charges included and electricity costs not included from 01/10/17 to 15/05/18.

Everything is perfect.The house is in a quiet dead-end road.Very clean and really nice host.If someone really wants to critisize something, it could be mentioned that the sofa in the living room could be replaced.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem wenige Meter vom Hafen entfernt. Sehr schöne große Terrasse. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die ZImmer sind sogar geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig, schöne Böden, neue Bäder, top. Wir waren zu zweit 10 Tage im Mai da. Gerne wieder! Sehr nett Gastgeberin.

Hébergement exceptionnel de par ses équipements que ce soit au niveau mobilier, électroménager ou encore vaisselle.Bien très spacieux et très propre. Beau jardin très bien agencé avec de nombreuses plantations. La terrasse est magnifique et grande.Les hôtes sont très agréables et disponibles.

Location très bien équipée et de grande propreté. Rue en cul de sac, facile pour se parquer. Hôtesse à l'écoute, réactive et dog friendly. Jardin fleuri très bien entretenu et terrasse confortable avec une jolie vue. Commerces (boulangeries, halle aux poissons et marché du mercredi) accessibles à pied. Tous les critères sont réunis pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und dennoch perfekt erreichbar – schnell erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand sowie lokale Cafés und Supermärkte. Das Haus selbst überzeugt durch liebevolle Details, Sauberkeit und eine durchdachte Aufteilung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass auch längere Aufenthalte angenehm bleiben, und der großzügige Wohnbereich lädt zum entspannten Beisammensein ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Garten mit sonniger Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben und am Abend gemütliche Stunden verbracht haben. Die Ausstattung war top, der Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir fühlten uns von Ankunft bis Abreise bestens betreut und kommen sehr gern wieder. Eine klare 5-Sterne-Bewertung!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönen Garten in Nähe des Yachthafens von Perros-Guirec. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Im Haus fehlte es an Nichts, insbesondere in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die entspannte Zeit auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Das Quartier ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Tout est top. Accueil chaleureux la propriétaire. Maison très bien entretenue sans parler du merveilleux jardin. La cerise sur le gâteau a été la météo très clémente. Bref magnifique séjour. On y retournera certainement.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison est très confortable et dans une impasse, donc très calme. Très propre, literie confortable. Rien ne manque. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse oberhalb des Hafens von Perros Guirec. Der Hafen mit Cafés, Restaurants und dem Wochenmarkt sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist vollständig und modern ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln befindet sich neben dem Haus auf einem Podest am Hang mit Blick über den Hafen. Der Garten ist schön und liebevoll angelegt. In und um Perros gibt es eine Menge zu besichtigen und zu unternehmen. Dafür empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Auto. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung und atemberaubender Cote rosée.

Logement très bien situé au calme et à proximité du port de Perros, boulangeries à 5 min à pied et tout autre commerce dans le centre a moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Équipement parfait de la cuisine, salle de bain très agréable, petit local fermé en annexe très uutile pour les vélos !

Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, besonders die Küche liess kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt jedoch nicht am Hafen von Perros, sondern ein paar Strassen bergauf, der Blick auf das Meer ist vom Obergeschoss gegeben, vom Erdgeschoss nur auf Zehenspitzen. War aber ganz ok.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Haben eine wunderbare Woche in Perros-Guirrec verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Putzutensilien vorhanden, sogar mehr als 2 Spülmaschinentabs ;-), Spüli, Schwamm, Bürste, alles da. Sogar ein Crêpes-Maker war vorhanden. Betten sehr bequem, Bäder schön , Terrasse groß, Garten urwüchsig , aber gepflegt. Empfehlungen der Gastgeberin sehr gut. Bäcker, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Ausflugsziele in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Für´s schlechte Wetter kann keiner etwas…

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus bietet alles, was es für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Terasse schön groß. Wir waren zwei Päarchen und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Hafen von Perros liegt recht zentral. Im Hafen selbst gibt es keinen nennenswerten Strand, aber man kann die zahlreichen Strände der Halbinsel sehr gut mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichen. Ich würde das Haus gerne wieder buchen.

Zum Verlieben schön

Wir waren 14 tage in diesem Ferienhaus, es war einfach Großartig. Ein Wunderschöner Garten, absolute Ruhe. In dem Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Im Außenbereich zwei Wunderschön gelegene Terrassen. Die Vermieterin Frau Sabine Quinquis ist eine nette fröhliche Person. Die Lage des Hauses, toll!! In 5 Minuten am Hafen in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ... Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen
