Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all garbage from house and yard in large garbage pails in front of the house and be sure to BUNGEE chord the pails tight.
Shut off all A/C, Fans, Lights, close all windows and doors, pull shade down on front door of house
Leave Kitchen area as you found it, Clean BBQ leave for next guest (provided as a courtesy). If you made a fire in fireplace or BBQ, let us know. HIT LOCK BUTTON, please message us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Note: house has Well” water “pottable” we provide some you may need bring additional for drinking/cooking.
No commercial use., no parties, no subletting, no smoking, no drugs or illicit behavior. (See Rule Sheet for All house rules)
Non-family must be 25yrs+. Dogs should be on a leash outside. Pick up all waste put in bags and garbage, pet owner is responsible/liable for dogs.
