The Space

Gather in the stunning Great Room featuring soaring ceilings, hand-hewn exposed beams, comfortable seating, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace (winter season). The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas make it easy to cook, dine, play games, watch movies, and simply enjoy spending time together.

Outside, guests love relaxing beside the babbling brook, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, playing lawn games, or simply enjoying the peaceful mountain setting.

The Barn is served by a private well.

The well water is potable and safe for bathing and household use.
While many guests use it without issue, we recommend bottled water for drinking and cooking based on personal preference.
We provide a starter supply of bottled water for your convenience. If you anticipate higher consumption or a longer stay, we recommend bringing additional bottled water.

To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone and to help preserve the barn, please note:

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests plus one infant.
Additional guest fees apply after 6 guests.
Non-family groups must consist of guests 25 years or older.
No parties or events.
No unregistered visitors or overnight guests/we have max capacity/ (fees apply).

Pet Policy (up to 2 dogs)-Please ask- and accept our pet policy before arrival
