Beautiful and charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow, Iocated in the heart of the Historic Old Northend. Walking distance to Colorado College and Downtown shops and restaurants. Plentiful off- street parking is available.
Beautifully landscaped with a very private fenced backyard for family gatherings and entertaining. Complete gourmet kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms with queen size beds can sleep four. The upper level full bath features an oversized marble shower with clear glass enclosure Cozy sunroom off the living room, and an office/den that looks into the backyard. Lower level family room with 45” flat screen TV. Stacked full-size washer and dryer is in the 2nd full bath which is located on the lower level. Wonderful home and location for family gatherings. Host owners are close by.

Beautiful home in a great location! The hosts were easy to work with. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beautifully decorated and cozy, perfect for our family of four, but would also be great for two couples. Lovely closed in front porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. We had a wonderful stay and the property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, beds are super comfortable, garden/backyard is an absolute zen haven, and the home is located close to tons of great restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. My family (husband plus two pre-teen daughters) loved staying here. The location was perfect; we shopped and dined downtown a few nights. Great kitchen to cook other meals in.
