Newly Remodeled Condo with Large Balcony and Spectacular Views!

Right on the beach with a gorgeous view! Perfect Getaway!.

This bright, attractive oceanfront condo has been recently remodeled. It is directly on the beach with views to die for! There is an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. This is a pet friendly condo!

This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable, and you can either watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or find yourself daydreaming watching the waves roll in!

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four or dine on the balcony to soak in the views!

The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen HD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Also, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so the unit can accommodate up to 6 people. The hallway bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination.

The large 27 ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail while you relax and unwind!

Once you stay in this beautiful condo, you will be spoiled! Amelia Island will become a favorite destination, for sure!

Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do. The views of the water and access to the beach are superb. Only issue I had was a roach in the bathroom and a dirty bowl in the cabinet. Those were minor things, so we’ll be back.

Such a perfect condo for our long weekend winter getaway! The view from the room & deck was incredible! The ocean was so close. You could hear it from inside the condo. The fact that it was dog friendly was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was just as advertised. Right on the beach, quiet setting except for the pounding surf. Beautiful area, saw dolphins swimming by, pelicans flew right by the deck and area food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary vacation

The condo was just right for the two of us to enjoy the beach and the historical town of Fernandina. I highly recommend. Note there is an elevator on one end that is not mentioned. We carried all our luggage up the stairs our first day, then we discovered it.

Right on the Beach

Great location. It is right on the beach and not far from restaurants, Fort Clinch, and the historic town. The large balcony allowed us to enjoy the view as a family even in the rain. The master bed was really comfortable. We had the best sleep. The owner was very communicative and helpful.
