There is an expansive private pool and spa in the backyard paradise, your family will want to spend most of the time here. An outdoor Ping Pong table, gas BBQ grill, and comfy furniture complete the sun deck area. A Foosball table is just inside the sliding glass doors, too. But wait, there’s more! A newly installed putting green is right on the water, so you can enjoy sitting on the private dock with your morning coffee while the kids putter around.

Inside Serenity Beach, you will find a spacious Master suite with a large ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub on the main living level. This property participates in the AMI Locals professional linen program, all white comforters and duvets are laundered fresh for each stay. The Den is also on this level, perfect for relaxing or the kids having a "sleepover" with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle and flatscreen TV. The inviting formal dining room, kitchen and family/living room are also located on this level, along with a convenient half bathroom. Multiple decks allow for fresh air and sunshine to be enjoyed while dining or relaxing!

The remaining 4 bedrooms are located upstairs including two additional Master suites with ensuite bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include 4 King beds and 3 Twins.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
