The property was clean, quiet, and spacious. Everything was in order for us. The grounds are lovely. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was broken for six of the seven nights. We only used it once. We may return but we will definitely check to see if the hot tub is working first! We were so very glad we DID NOT STAY AT THE HILTON! Other family members stayed there and were NOT HAPPY.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay very much. The property is quiet, impeccably maintained and the pool is a delight. The private access to the beach was a real bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice location. Pool was beautiful. Rented 3 bedroom but inly has room for 2 cars. No parking for visitors. HOA president was not friendly and interrupted dinner about family parking in unused spaces. Otherwise they stay and host was good. Fixed broken outlet promptly. Hot tub was broken half the 2 week stay.

The location is hard to beat! It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find lounge chairs, great snorkeling, and fun waves for the kids. We also loved grabbing coffee at the nearby hotel. There are several good restaurants within a 10-minute walk, plus a grocery store, which made everything very convenient.The gated community is a big plus, and the villa has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen if you plan to cook.The villa itself is a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but for us, the amazing location more than made up for it. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Very nice stay. The only thing was yelling screaming Kids on this wonderful pool. There was a sign quiet zone. This was very disturbing. Pool was so perfect but with 8 to 10 kids in it no fun!

excellent condo with big beds, great kitchen and a nice outdoor area with barbecue and table in a garden setting. we have stayed at quite a few Palm Villa condos and this one is really the best. all on on floor and very quiet. loved having the beach club pass too.

Nice 3 bedroom unit in a quiet condo complex. Our family enjoyed the pool, the walking trails through the Kalahuipua'a Historic Park and fishponds, and access to the beach club. Some restaurants and a grocery store very short drive away and most things within a 15 minute drive. Good amount of beach and snorkeling gear provide for use as well.

Overall, a great stay. Very spacious, great location. The condo was a bit noisy- it was a downstairs unit and the fans were loud, but we still greatly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The unit is great, and the resort is very well maintained. We loved our time here.I stayed here with my 11 month old, wife and parents and it had plenty of space. The beach club access is also a huge perk of this unit and we spent most of our time there. Brian, the contact for the unit is super accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Family Holiday

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling equipment. We enjoyed the lovely pool along with the exceptional location. We will definitely stay here again.
