Our stay at the rusty guest house was excellent! The location was perfect for exploring Zion and the surrounding area. The accommodations fit our needs exactly. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for making simple meals while we were traveling. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! The upstairs bedroom was comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The sofa bed downstairs was comfortable as well. The area was so quiet! The river was a short hike to the back of the property and was incredible to see after a big rainstorm. There was a ton of helpful information about local restaurants, hiking in the area, and maps of the National Parks. Steve and Deb were lovely and communicated with us throughout our stay. Their dog Henry is such a sweet boy!
Property was amazing. The canyon views in the back yard were spectacular. Communication from the owners was excellent. They have a very comprehensive info book for the area inside the unit. Very quiet space. Only 20-min drive to Zion park entrance. Grocery/gas very close by. 10 minute walk to a rushing river. Was greeted by the owners’ dog Henry who is so sweet and friendly! Added such a nice touch to our stay. Wish we could have stayed another week or more.. will definitely be back here! 10/10!
This place is a gem. Incredibly peaceful stay in a gorgeous location. We loved access to the Virgin River, walking trails, and eating outside everyday.
The hosts were communicative and very pleasant. We enjoyed the stay and the place was in a great location. Views were amazing and place was clean and had everything we needed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owners are very nice and accommodating and views from the property are spectacular! Property is very convenient to restaurants and national parks.

Great guests and fun to have stay - would welcome them back anytime.
Loved our stay in Virgin. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Close to Zion and other great outdoor activities outside the park. Hope to stay here again in the future.
The Guest house was even better than we anticipated! It was easy to find and access and the scenery was breath taking. It had everything you needed and information about everything to do locally! We would definitely stay here again when we come back.
The owners were delightful along with there dog, the official greeter! Location is beautiful, home very comfortable and we’d definitely stay again. A real gem!
A great place to stay near Zions. Beautiful and clean property among nature. Hosts are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and our kids loved exploring the property.
Fantastic property, excellent location for Zion with lots of facilities in easy striking distance. Owners very knowledgeable and helpful. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
Property owners are awesome. Great location near Zion. But we also wanted to explore other areas so made a great home base and more convenient than Springdale if you are going places in the area other than Zion.
My husband and I stayed in this home while visiting the National Parks in the area. The home was perfect and we enjoyed the binder of information provided by the owners. We will recommend this home to our friends.
We had such a wonderful time! The house was filled with light and the views were beautiful. We walked down and cooled off in the Virgin River and loved playing with Henry and Roxy in the mornings. It was like we were back home with our dogs. Great place!
The hosts were superb. So quiet and relaxing. The indoor art was astounding, the bed very comfortable, and the views from the windows were spectacular. Highly recommended.
