Stunning home set on the edge of the Los Padres National Forest. Views for miles, enjoy the sunsets (or sunrise!) High ceilings, two fireplaces, large, comfy couches and lots of outdoor space make this home exquisite and unique.
30 DAY MINIMUM RENTALS ONLY
While only 5 minutes from town, this property has you feeling like you are miles away! Said to be "the most relaxing place I've ever been!" Enjoy serenity by the pool, cook meals in the high-end kitchen, and open the doors to experience indoor/outdoor living.
The stars at night are unparalleled and you can see the milky way. Enjoy a late-night soak in the hot tub while you marvel at the sky.
Pool can be heated for an additional $150/day - please just specify if you would like this or not . Please note, in winter/cold nights we require 24 hours notice for pool heat addition plus 2 days minimum pay as it takes 24 hrs to get up to temp. (Spa heat is free)
5th bedroom is attached to the finished garage (previously used as an office). Has a queen bed, full a/c and heat plus an attached powder room.
The garage can fit up to 12+ people for and is perfect for a work retreat - has whiteboards, couches, large meeting table, standing desk space and a couch area with TV that is connected to an AppleTV and DirecTV.
