Convenient and ideal for our stay. A short walk to the beach, quick access to the pool and quiet location within walking distance to restaurant and pier. Such a good trip! Host is quick to respond and kind!

I cannot say enough about this rental location as well as the owner , Mike. The condo is great for a couple looking for a get away to Venice Beach and surrounding beaches. It was very clean, comfortable and only a short walk ( 2 min ) from the beach. There is a HUGE pool within 10 steps of this condo unit. Mike was great with communication! Very swift to respond, pleasant to deal with, and offers help on anything needed. The unit was already stocked with beach chairs and beach towels , which was a big help for us as we flew into Florida from South Carolina and would have had to purchase our own . Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again !

Nice little place!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very quiet which is what we needed with our hectic lives. Room was clean and cozy. We would 100% rent this again!

Great location

Property is well maintained and stocked with a lot of thoughtful things that a hotel room wouldn't have. The beach is so close and beautiful. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great host.

Great location

This property is as advertised it is compact but has all the necessities. Just right for 2. Next to a great pool and don't forget the beach for hunting for sharks teeth and glorious sunsets.

Our room was small but nice and was right beside pool and close to the beach. Clean and quiet neighborhood and close to downtown too. Owner was easy to deal with and would recommend this place.

July 4th vacation

The place was a perfect size for my fiancé and I. There were even some chairs and beach items to take down to the gulf which was only a 3 minute walk from the room. The pool in the complex wad kept perfectly clean and clear. Overall great time, highly recognized!

pretty basic hotel room

location of property great . was very soft bed and the shower was extremely hot had to rinse off with cold water. a/c could us some updating but for the price and location it was ok

Location, location, location!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better - located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk to the beach. The unit is exactly as described. It came stocked with everything you need plus extras for the perfect beach or pool day! I highly recommend this listing and would definitely return.

Studio room

For a single man this room was perfect. Nice distance from the beach and the pool was great. Saw a few cockroaches but it’s the south and it’s to be expected. Great room at an even better price.

The room was fine. The window air conditioning in that small of a place was definitely to loud.

The host was very nice and replied very quickly to me. Overall it was a good experience.
