Overall, it was a great experience. The location was ideal. Close to everything but tucked away so that it was peaceful at night. Just what we were looking for. We had trouble with the elevators working the week we were there, but that isn’t an issue with the host so I didn’t hold that against them. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Great location! Saw manatees, stingrays, egrets, and herons from the balcony. Beautiful view. The condo is as pictured in the photos. Beach, shops, and restaurants a block away. Bad Ass coffee shop and Taco Bus across the street! Ana was great!

Very nice condo. I would come back to this property. It was decorated very nicely. The beach is a short walk and very doable with kids. The pool was great for variety. The area has everything. Thank you, Ana!

What a wonderful stay! The unit is spacious, airy and welcoming. It’s set up to accommodate needs very well!The ocean and dock views are beautiful in the morning. Perfect location with walkability to the beach and amazing restaurants. My family visited Taco Bus about ten times. Pool is a bit on the small side for the building, and only two umbrellas. (still had a fun time) Overall, great space and a great host.

The location was great the views were amazing! The condo was spacious with 2 perfect balconies. The host Ana was easy to communicate with for check in . We didnt have any issues at condo but she was available if needed. Would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed this condo very much. Clean, roomy and had everything we needed. Communication with Ana was easy and she was accessible for any questions. There was beach chairs, towels, and even a cooler we could use. We will definitely be using this host in the future.

great cw beach property

this is a fantastic 3 bedroom condo on the southside of clearwater beach. the views are fantastic and its a short walk to the beach. Owner was a delight to deal with.

Ana was wonderful! It was convenient to beach, shopping and resturants. VERY Spacious and Clean! Our first Christmas away from home was a huge hit!

Very nice location, close to many restos, shop, groceries and 2 mins away from the beach. Condo is great, spacious and clean ! Everything you need is inside.

Great Condo in a great quiet location!

Check in was super smooth. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Can walk to pier or boat rides near the pier. We had a rental car but didn’t use it once while there. Beach access across the road. Would stay here again!

Amazing!

The condo was extremely clean and decorated nice. The set up was perfect for our family. The check-in process was so easy and Ana was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend!

The location is great- we could walk anywhere we wanted! The condo was great but more outdated than we anticipated. One of the toilets ran the entire time. The lights and outlets were very difficult to figure out. The furniture in the living area could be updated. We had a great week tho!

Perfect condo for a beach vacation!

I stayed in this specific condo 2 years ago and then again last week. It literally has everything you need and it’s close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops that you can walk everywhere. The condo is clean and Ana is very responsive and always helpful. I will continue to come back to this condo when visiting Clearwater. We stayed 7 nights and wish we could stay forever!

Amazing Place!

We loved staying the Beach Side Condo. The place was comfortable, well furbished and we had the best time. It was walking distance to every bar and the view was great. You are in a condo so there was some noise but it was still absolutely amazing. We would love to go back and it's great for a family.

Great stay at Dockside 504

Amazing condo with sunrise views from one deck and sunset views from the other. Nicely decorated and very well equipped including beach gear. We appreciated kayaking from the dock, covered parking, pool, and bbq's. Great location within walking distance of beach and numerous eating establishments. Ana was great to deal with, no issues during our two week stay except shingling crew arrived during our second week which created some noise and parking issues. Overall a great stay.

The condo is lovely and the view is nice. Location great and easy to navigate. Plenty of room in the unit all updated. Only issue was since visiting during winter months we picked this place for having a heated pool and it was not working during our week visit.
