About the host
Hosted by Sharon P.
I am originally from Meadville and bought the Traveler in 2003. Many groups and families have enjoyed my property over the years because of its unique features, proximity to the lake, and quiet neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
I bought this property because many of my childhood memories include time spent in Conneaut Lake swimming at Fireman's Beach, enjoying the amusement park, and feeding the fish and ducks at nearby Linesville spillway. Although I live out of the area now, I spend alot of time at the lake and in Meadville visiting family/friends and playing golf at one of the many courses-Oakland Beach, Whispering Pines, Venango Valley, and Riverside to name a few. Conneaut Lake is a great get-away place and the Traveler offers a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
What makes this property unique
The Traveler is a newer property, beautifully decorated. Central air and heating provides much comfort in the heat of the summer and cold of winter. Because of the cathedral ceiling and large windows/sliding doors, the living area is bright all day long. The large yard and wrap around deck with a gas grill and tables, chairs and umbrellas in front and back of the house offers plenty of places to relax and play outside. Some books and games are also added features for guests to enjoy.
