Great memory and enjoy Retreat at the Lake

Lower level has a garage and a bedroom with now steps from the ground floor
1st floor 2 bedrooms and large open kitchen/dinning/Family room area
2nd floor 2 bedrooms and bath with overlooking balcony
Outside large deck with grass area to hang out for yard fun
1/4 mile from Bars,Restaurant, Beer Distributor,
Winery and Beer Brewery are within 1 mile to 20 miles (10 Locations)
Iroquois (IBC) and Midway Beach is 1/2 mile away on same side of the Lake
Main Side Door has Code access for Late arrivals and Key Less Entry
The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If would like to use there is an additional $75 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association ) By Dec 2025 the Front Porch will be replaced 100% with New Composite Decking

Second great stay here!

This is our second time here and it was as good as the first stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable & nicely decorated. Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking

Nice place to stay

We were here visiting family and this location was great for getting to their home. Plus, the lane nearby was beautiful. The house worked out great for us!

Family Thanksgiving

Great house with everything we needed!! Four bedrooms with enough room for everybody. Shower floors needed cleaned and that was the only minor issue. 5-Star accommodations!!

Suits us

It was our 5th year staying at Lakeside Landing. It suits our family with a bathroom on each floor, a wide driveway, a garage for storage, a lovely backyard and fire pit, and access to beach and fishing at the end of the street. Would recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

Randy, the host, was kind, quick to respond, and accommodating. The house was perfect for the 8 of us who were attending wedding festivities in Meadville. The kitchen had all of the necessities and the bathrooms had plenty of towels & washcloths. It was very clean and the area is quiet. I highly recommend “The Retreat”!

Weekend get away

Enjoyed the property, plenty of space and more than enough room for just the 4 of us. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of everything the property had to offer. Great location, next to the lake, close to downtown Conneaut Lake and plenty of outdoor activities to do that just around the corner from this property.

One issue is the bathroom that connects the 2 bedrooms. it is not very convenient when people are sleeping in those rooms. Also the back steps have a broken step which is not safe. We had family stay there in April and 2 of the front steps broke while someone was walking up them. Steps need to be safer. They are also a little slippery when it is raining.

Wedding Travel

The house was great for our large family (8 adults and 1 infant). We were in town for a wedding. Plenty of space at a great price - so much nicer than staying at a hotel. It rained a lot every day so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces nor walk through the quiet neighborhood. The property was exactly as described on the VRBO page. Thanks for wonderful stay.

Winter Weekend Snow Tubing Trip

House is clean, large bedrooms, with plenty of parking in the driveway, and in a great location for a lake getaway. We always rent this property when using vrbo in Conneaut Lake.

We needed a place last minute to stay and it took care of that. Overpriced and too many rules. It was a decent place probably better in the summer with the lake close.

Retirement party/golf

Great time with friends celebrating the retirement of one, and golfing with everyone. House was just as listed....clean, accommodating and in very close proximity to our events. Host is very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Conneaut Lake escape

We did enjoy our stay, our rental was clean, beautiful and hassle free. What more could one want? I have nothing but positives to say about this rental. I do wonder how to get my security deposit back, though. Is that automatic to my credit card or do I have to fill something out?

GOLF GETAWAY

The house is impeccably kept, and the owner, Randy, was available for questions and concerns. It is within walking distance of a local restaurant/bar which is very convenient after a day on the golf course. Highly recommend this property to others!

Great place to stay

It’s very hard to find four bedroom homes in this place has all the room that you will need. The home is clean and has all the supplies. It was a third time staying here and will be back.

Great location and lovely home

We had to stay here on short notice to attend a family funeral. My partner and I worked remotely for a week and we cooked many meals for the family. The kitchen was very well equipped. Knives were a bit dull, which is expected in a rental. WiFi was patchy for two days of the stay.

Golf Getaway

Perfect accommodations for our foursome. House was clean with plenty of amenities. Location was perfect. Close to the golf course and the restaurants and night life. The host, Randy, is great to deal with. Highly recommended.
