The lake house was very clean inside and its a great location with a very nice deck. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the silverware and cooking utensils you need. The outside was a little unkept , yard definitely needed mowed and lots of downed branches we had to clean up. We understand there was a wind storm a few days back but everyone else’s yards were clean. We had a problem with the air conditioning but after contacting Jake he came over and fixed the problem fairly quick. Overall a great place to stay for a weekend at the lake. Thanks for a great time.

Need some serious work. Screens torn, stove needs to be replaced, laundry sink in second bath was not pleasant to use, no coffee in canisters on counter, coffee mug on open shelves had spider web in it, outdated condiments left in refrigerator, maybe on listing, but not having cable for tv was a negative for us. May be more, but can't remember.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay Kathy. I'm here right now and the stove is in perfect working order, every condiment in the fridge is dated 2027 , laundry sink is clean and working, so I'm not sure what you're referring to on those. Cable/Coffee are not included as amenities here. You are correct about the screen to the porch though, my apologies that is being repaired.

Felt at home!

Nicely updated and well-appointed home! We were in town visiting relatives with a home on Conneaut Lake so we only used the property for sleeping and to make breakfast. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable! Thank you!

Great rental!

Home was immaculate and had everything my family and I needed for a relaxing escape. Furniture, bedding, towels, and kitchen ware were all great quality. You could tell this home is well-loved by the owners. We had a few opportunities to interact with the owners and they were very responsive. Rental is exactly as represented in the pictures and description.
