Conneaut Lake, PA 5 Bedroom Lakefront Home with 100' of Frontage and Dock

Come experience the lake life at a wonderful family lakefront 5 bedroom, 3 full bath residence with 100 feet of lakefront! We only book the house Friday to Friday, so the dates do not come up, change your search.

This air-conditioned house sits on a hillside protected in Ice House Bay and is shaded by huge oak trees. We love the time we've spent with family on the spacious outdoor under-cover patio that has a beautiful view of the lake! It is conveniently located near the kitchen and gas Weber grill. It has two tables, plenty of chairs and two lounge chairs for reading and relaxing. Guests will also enjoy lounging on the spectacular second story master bedroom deck overlooking the lake. The view from multiple rooms is stunning. Enjoy the lake view from the kitchen, the living room, a granite top bar, and three bedrooms!

It has a charming living room with comfortable couches, and a smart TV a large dining room with a French style table and chairs, and has high speed Wi-Fi internet for work or streaming. The full kitchen has Corian countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, gas- burning oven/ stovetop, and microwave. Other appliances include a dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker and panini maker. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. Besides having three full bathrooms, there is a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. All bed linens and bath towels will be provided.

The kids will enjoy swimming, jumping off the dock, boating or fishing. The dock is a great spot to catch bass, pike, and blue gill. Our guests will have access and use of this private aluminum dock for one boat in a protected cove. Be the first boat on the lake to ski on glassy morning or take the kids tubing in the afternoon. Take your boat for breakfast at the Lake Diner, lunch at Vacavi, dinner at Silver Shores or Rising River Brewery for go for a sunset cruise. There is plenty of parking in the paved driveway.

The house is located near Nye's marina in the Southeast corner of the lake. It is 15 minutes away from Meadville and Allegheny College.

Great spot

We enjoyed ourselves at this location. We have been staying in the area for a family gathering for as long as i can remember. This was one of the more memorable stays we have had. Very convenient location especially if you happen to have a boat on the lake.

What an amazing location and view. Lots of outdoor sitting space, everything we need was right there. We were so sad to have to leave that beautiful space with spectacular views. We were almost in tears to have to leave. But our 5 day stay was definitely a beautiful memory made for all the family! Just wish it were more disabled friendly. Can't wait till next year. What a great time we all had.

House is beautiful, location was great for us. The house is well equipped. (Some aren’t so we were very pleased with this house. Our family that are local came out just about every day and had plenty of seating and entertainment just watching the view.

Amazing Lake Spot

My family and I are from the area but haven’t been back in a long time. We were visiting for a memorial service for some family who were being buried in our family cemetery. We found this beautiful house on vrbo and’s were ecstatic to find something so big RIGHT ON THE LAKE! The host was so accommodating and responsive to all my communications. This spot was perfect for the family and for our kids who were able to get in the lake and splash around and to take them fishing right off the dock. We hope to make this an annual trip!! Highly recommend.

Lake was amazing

My family loved our stay here at lake conneaut. The house was great and at a great location. The only thing was it was not cleaned very well. Kitchen appliances were dirty and cabinets were filthy. I had to go buy our own pots and pans and coffee pot. Sugar in the bottom of cabinets. Neighbors 2 dogs came over and pooped in our yard every day. They would just watch them and not clean it up. I had to clean it up myself so my family didn’t step in it. But I quit cleaning it up after the 4th day. But we went for the lake. We brought our own pontoon. And we loved the lake. Communication with the host was great.

Great get away

We stayed here for a week. Great location and beautiful, relaxing view of the lake. We spent a good deal of time out on the covered deck. There were 8 of us, and the outdoor table only sat 6. There were plenty of outdoor chairs on site and we had a friend nearby that provided a folding table, so it worked great. We enjoyed our week.
