This 6-bedroom house in Meadville is perfect for your escape to the past. With 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 full beds, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The property boasts 4 bathrooms with convenient amenities like hair dryers and showers. Book now and enjoy everything this tremendous house has to offer.
It was built in 1855 by a 6-term Congressman Arthur Bates and has been completely restored. It's on the Crawford County Historical Registry and two U.S. Presidents have visited the home. Close to downtown Meadville and several restaurants and also only a 2 minute walk to Allegheny College. Plenty of parking is available.
There is a large 53 foot front porch and a beautiful outdoor deck off the kitchen for you to enjoy the tranquility of the lovely, quiet neighborhood while sipping your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.
The house comes with a full kitchen with large island and a beautiful dining room with large table.
