Your ocean oasis awaits! This 2nd floor condo unit is brand new, close to the beach and boardwalk, and has a relaxing, beachy vibe that will make your week away seem like two.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths - plus a bonus outdoor shower for when you return from the beach just a block and a half away - even a large family can relax in comfort.

The great room has high ceilings, lots of windows, and ample seating whether around the 10-seat farm table, or for movie night on the 65” HDTV. 
The adjacent 30 foot porch provides covered dining space and a sunny sitting area.

Upgraded stainless appliances, all-white cabinetry and a marble breakfast bar for 4 make the oversized kitchen an inviting place to prep anything from quick lunches to gourmet meals.

Rest easy with 8 guests spread between 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, 46” HDTV, and ensuite bathroom.

A second main bedroom also comes with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a 43" TV. The 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed with a 43" TV, and the 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a 40" TV.

Two cars will fit in the garage with room for a 3rd car in the driveway. An elevator means 2nd floor stairs are no problem.

Great Week Down the shore!

We had a great stay! Loved the decor, the deck, the elevator, and location! Was just enough space for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Beach tags included with rental, as well as bikes, beach chairs, a grill. The most important aspect though and what impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the property. The cleaning team really did a great and thorough job. Much better than other houses I’ve stayed at. Would stay again!

Beautiful home with so much natural light. The space, number of bedrooms, bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4 or even a larger family. Wonderful amenities and facilities for a perfect beach vacation. I don't think there's a better rental out there.

Just like home

We’ve been renting in OC for 10 years and this is our top property - amenities were superb! Working vacuums, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Beach equipment and 4 bikes available. Modern larger building on nice block within 3 minute biking distance to boardwalk. Elevator made packing and unpacking a breeze. The mudroom access on the ground floor is key as you can store shoes and sports equipment away from the living area. Decor is modern homey and tasteful!

Another lovely long weekend

This is the 3rd time over 4 years that friends and I got together for a “girls’ weekend “ at this condo. It looks and feels as fresh and clean as our first stay. Amazing house and great location

This house exceeded our expectations at every turn! Beautifully decorated with a keen eye for keeping it simple, which was a huge plus having younger children with us. Perfect getaway

My family loved this beautiful home. I am a NJ native who went home for Thanksgiving. Ocean City is the beach of my childhood and I was able to take my family to relive my memories of the boardwalk, beach, Manco and Manco pizza, and the saltwater taffy. The home is close to all of the fun activities of the boardwalk, great restaurants, and donut shops. The owners made their North End home a resort like setting.

This was a wonderful experience staying here. I have never rented a house down the shore that provided all of the small items I'm used to packing - dish soap, trash bags, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, a sound machine... the list goes on. Every aspect of the condo was well thought out , every need was anticipated by the owner.

Lisa was very pleasant throughout, considering and accommodating any special requests that we may have posed for our stay. The location was close to the beach, the boardwalk and the town center. The home itself was immaculate, well thought out, with detailed décor that did not spare any expense. The owner even provided toys for our two year old grandson which he enjoyed throughout our stay. The elevator was very convenient and felt safe to use. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. I couldn't have asked for more....it was perfect! Fabulous Rental

I am one of 3 longtime friends who were looking for a relaxing girls' weekend at the shore. We were hoping for a chance to chat & reminisce at a comfortable, cozy location. We got all that and more. The condo was clean, fresh & beautifully decorated. It was well laid out, with many amenities that made even our one rainy day enjoyable. Beyond the nice sized rooms, beautiful kitchen & multiple bathrooms there was even an elevator, making loading and unloading no issue at all. We were close to the beach and the boardwalk, and would highly recommend this lovely place for a getaway.
