Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This condo was perfect for us. It is in a great location just steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella, games for the evening, and essentials. The deck was great with the oceanviees.

Amazing stay at the condo. Stayed as a family of 4. Living room has pullout sofa that was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen if you decide to cook. Very clean and renovated unit. Great location. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Central location if you like to explore Maui. Unit has washer and drier inside which is a great bonus. Beautiful balcony where you can enjoy vies of the mountain and the beach. Very responsive host. We had an amazing stay. Would definitely like to return in the future!

PMI was great to work with, responsive and accommodating when we asked for an extended checkout time.

Great location. 3 minute walk to the beach to catch a sunset or watch it from the balcony. Condo is very clean and updated. Great decor. Has everything you would need, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, etc. Very well equipped kitchen for any cooking needed. We don't want to leave!

I couldn’t have been more thrilled with Kihei akai c304! while the building complex itself was unassuming, this was an entirely remodeled, one bedroom condo that was exactly as advertised, and honestly, even better than I expected. It had all the amenities I needed (eg. a washer/dryer, beach chairs, full kitchen, air conditioning) was 2minute walk from beach, and honestly I couldn’t have been happier to have found this place. I filmed whales breaching at sunset from the balcony. I will def be bookmarking this place and coming back. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with our 1 year old. The apartment was easy to babyproof by moving the few breakables, and PMI provided a pack and play and booster seat. the unit was quiet, no issues with hearing neighbors, and the AC worked great. Everything was clean except some of the kitchen items, which was probably caused by previous guests not cleaning well but putting things away. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was convenient, we loved just crossing the street for the beach. Only disappointment was no snorkeling equipment. I was expecting it because it was mentioned in the contract, but when I contacted PMI after I couldn’t find it I was informed that they had stopped providing it for sanitary reasons and the contract just hadn’t been updated. there are many places to rent equipment though, so not a big deal. Overall this was a great place to stay and I’d definitely return!

Even though it is in Kihei, it is just next to Wailea, nicest area in the island IMO.The condo is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen as well as beach things: buggy boards, beach towels, chairs, toys, etc.It was very clean and updated and the beds are very comfortable (sofa bed too!)The only thing we didn’t really like were the bath towels, wich they were new but very cheap quality. Very happy overall and I will recommend this condo to anyone.The home owner is very attentive and quickly replies to all your messages.Thank you for everything!

This place was my boyfriend and I's favorite rental we've ever stayed in. Also bonus: you can see the beach from the balcony. Thank you for such a great stay!!
