Spend a week in paradise on Intermediate Lake in Bellaire, Mi. This cabin has 2 bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom sleeps 4 (2 double beds) and the other bedroom has one set of bunk beds along with a full bed. Bellaire resort has the largest private beach on Intermediate Lake. Your rental allows access to the Beach, a dock, and small row boats. The cabin has a full kitchen allowing you to cook all of your meals or you are within 2-5 miles of great restaurants including the famous Short’s Brewery and restaurant in Bellaire, Mi. This resort is located 40 minutes to both Traverse City and Charlevoix, Mi. There is a lot to do in this area or you can stay at the resort and relax. Have a large group? Great cottage/property

We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the cottage was right on the beach, but it’s a short walk to a shared beach amongst the other cottages/homes on the property, but it wasn’t an issue for us. There is no A/C either if that is something you require. Again it wasn’t a problem to us. Overall it was exactly how it was described and we enjoyed the cabin.

Cozy rugged upnorth cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We used to stay at this very same cabin back in the summers of the 1990s when our children were small. We had four adults and one toddler with us. The cabin was a good size for five people. The beach is nice. There were plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. We used the charcoal grill several times to cook meals. I would recommend this cabin for smaller families. If you like to live fancy, this will not be a cabin for you. We were comfortable, but it was very hot several days and the fans had a difficult time keeping up. But Michigan summers are always like this so come prepared. It's a fun place to stay!!!

Great Beach

Lovely cottage with all the amenities needed! Location is perfect and the dock worked out well. Highly recommended this rental! Owner responded quickly to all inquiries.

Time to relax

We had a great time kayaking on the lake, playing in the lake and hiking nearby. Would love to come back.

3 day getaway

It was exactly what we had hoped for-only better. The cottage has a rustic decor, with all the modern appliances and conveniences. Located on a beautiful lake. It was clean and the cost was very affordable. We hope to stay here again in the future if possible.

Nice cottage with beautiful sandy beach on IM lake

My family enjoyed our visit. Clean and comfortable. The use of kayaks, paddle boat and row boat was very nice too. My grand daughter enjoyed the sandy playground right next door too.

The Cozy Cottage is very cute. Lake is right out front! Great Location.

Cottage is cute. Lake is just past a few homes out front. You can swim, boat, kayak, etc. There is a long dock and a deck to jump off of. Bunch of chairs to sit at in the sand. Torch Lake is only about 15 minutes away. Super clear water. But, the Bellaire Lake at the cottage is nice too. Sand at the bottom of water is super nice. Not a lot of rocks, didn't see any seaweed. Super Clean! Full size grocery store about 15 minute drive and then you can drive 40 minutes to shop and site see in Traverse City. Super Nice area. Would definitely book again.

We have been coming to Intermediate Lake as a family for over 50 years. We loved it so much that when the cabins went up for sale, myself, my two cousins and my nephew purchased 6 of the cabins. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else for our family vacations. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We strive to make sure our cabins are clean and comfortable. Our cabins are professionally cleaned between each reservation. We improve the decor yearly and try and use comfortable furnishings to make your vacation enjoyable. The best part about this cabin? It's the beach and water! We have the largest private beach on Intermediate Lake! The water is clean, warm and great for kids and adults!

What makes this property unique

We have put a new roof, new windows and painted this cabin in the last 3 years. We are constantly updating the furniture and amenities.
