Beautiful Colonial across the street from Lake Champlain. Private beach, minutes walk to Bayside Park, 8 miles from downtown Burlington, 45 minutes from Smuggler's Notch and Stowe. Perfect for a family reunion or relaxing get away. Kid's Kayak, Beach Chairs, Fire Pit, Spike Ball, Soccer Goal, Kan Jam, Basketball hoop, ping pong table, and game room with pop a shot & foosball table.
**Please note: This is in a residential neighborhood and NOT a party house. Must be 25 or older to rent. No gatherings larger than the maximum occupancy of 10 are permitted.
**During the summer months there is a 7 night minimum(Sunday-Sunday).
