LUXURY 2BR, 2BA top floor condo with AMAZING OCEAN views and pool!

Welcome to the "Playa Bida"! We are thrilled to have you stay in our "ohh so fresh" condo on Carolina Beach! We offer EVERYTHING you are looking for while on vacation. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on top floor with amazing ocean views. Our unit has beautiful coastal furnishings, very well equipped kitchen offering granite counters, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, we have everything you need to cook up some delish meals. Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TV’s with Netflix and Hulu, balcony access (master to the main deck with ocean views and second bedroom balcony overlooking the pool) private full bath in master and another full bath connected to the second bedroom (also entry from living room area), king beds that are super cozy, the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa with a gel top mattress. *Brand new sliding glass doors just installed in 2019! * The beach access is just steps outside the door, walking distance to the Pier and Freeman Park, only 1 mile to the Carolina Beach boardwalk! Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our building does not have an elevator and we are top floor so please keep that in mind when booking. We have a rolling beach cart and a few beach chairs in our storage closet that is available for our guests to use during their stay. We are providing additional sanitizing measures during checkout turnovers, we have always provided fresh bed linens and towels for our guests at no charge however we understand during this time if you’d like to bring your own. In that case please just message us and we will have beds stripped and ready.

What a wonderful weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday and tour CFCC for my senior in high school. It was a perfect spot to watch sunsets, walk over to the beach, shop downtown Wilmington and we took the ferry over to Southport. Everything was perfect!!!

Luxury Family Vacation

The Balcony provided the best views of the ocean and the sunset. I could have sat out there all day. I was disappointed to find out that no hot tub was on the property but the condo and the balcony made up for it. I will definitely keep this property in mind for my next trip.

Great location and accommodation. This home offers a great stay for short term or longer vacations. The area has everything you need. We extended our stay by a day, with easy communication with the owners. Very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will be back.

Fit our family perfect

Very spacious place for our family, three adults and one child. Loved the fact the beach was in view on the deck, made for the perfect morning coffee. Communication with owners was great. Place was very beautifully decorated and clean. Will definitely rent again, if and when we are in the area. .

Great view. Comfy condo.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Enjoyed watching dolphins and pelicans from the deck. We cooked several meals at the property and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfortable.

Great Place to Catch Up

Beautiful Cozy Family Condo

We had a great week staying at this condo. The beds were super comfy, everything you could need in the kitchen and a wonderful view of the ocean. The only thing is if you can not do stairs, this unit is on the 3rd floor, there are 41 steps with all our luggage and groceries, that was a tough one.

We were disappointed in how the condo looked. The pictures are clearly from the early part of owning the condo. The couch is desperate for a cleaning as there are multiple stains in it and the pillows need to be replaced. The whole condo needs a deep clean. Inside the kitchen cabinets were multiple areas filled with crumbs and the cabinets inside and out needed a good clean. Bare bones in pots and pans. We were unable to cook with what we bought as the large frying pan has teflon coming off of it. The bathroom sinks do not drain properly. The master bathroom towel rack would never stay on the wall. It was unusable. There are several chipped areas in the tub. Both toilet seats need to updated as you can see the wear and tear on the seat. I am curious the last time owners really walked through their condo. What is advertised does not match what it looks like. It is concerning this is labeled luxury. These concerns and pictures were shared with the staff communicating with us who responded quickly. However communication was not clear specially with check out time and use of beach chairs/cart. Both times we were told one thing and then got an automated message with different information. The major positive was the location and view of the ocean!

Great place to stay!

Pictures of the property are exact. Location is great- one row back from beachfront but beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony, quiet neighborhood and not too far to walk to the boardwalk. Private pool, large beds. Stocked with enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent to last the week. Only things that could be improved- water pressure in the sinks and better cleaning procedures(don’t feel like things were wiped down as thoroughly as they could have been). Actually, second time staying in this exact apartment and my children and I love it!
