Excellent holiday

The property is excellent throughout: comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The garden, with different seating spots depending on the sun's position and strength, is also extensive. I loved the area too, local towns Brantome & Nontron, the Perigord- Limousin Regional Park and the plus beau village of St Jean de Cole. I should hope to return!

Superbe ferme, parfaitement disposée

Le jardin et la maison sont vraiment parfait pour être très confortablement installés à 2 familles (2 * 2 chambres et cabinet de toilettes, lieux de vie très agréables). Le jardin, la proximité immédiate du bois à pieds, de Brandome en voiture... Tout est superbe.

charming farmhouse in lovely location

This lovely farmhouse has been lovingly restored and has all the mod cons that you require for a holiday. There was plenty of space inside to enjoy on rainy days, but the outside was a real bonus. The huge garden and fields around the property made you truly feel part of the country. The owners were really friendly and explained everything you needed to know at the beginning of your stay. Brantome was only a very short drive away and has some lovely restaurants along the river. A visit worth while! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect for a peaceful rural stay with family

The property was as described, extremely well equipped and certainly one of the nicest we have stayed in, which is quite a few. The garden is delightful with plenty of room, shade or sun according to taste. The property was a little hard to find as the satnav took us into the village, but using Google maps we were able to find it. One proviso; there are several steps within the property due to different floor levels and these could be a trip hazard or a problem for any with mobility issues

Excellent séjour dans cette propriété très agréable et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est superbe et ses dimensions permettent tout type d'activités. Beaucoup de balades possibles. Cerise sur le gâteau, les voisins sont très sympas. Une précision toutefois, il n'y a pas de boîtier internet, donc l'accès à internet est uniquement en partage de connexion.

Notre séjour c’est très bien déroulé. La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable avec un bel espace salon indispensable en cas de canicule. Le jardin a également était très apprécié surtout au moment du couché de soleil et d’observer les nuits étoilées. Nous sommes proche de Brântome qui est une ville très agréable pour se promener et se restaurer au bord de la Dronne. Très bonne adresse pour des vacances reposantes en famille.

Magnifique , on voulait rester !

Un accueil super dans une belle maison qui est située dans un coin tranquil. On était boulversé par les vues et les chemins pour profiter des vélos. La maison est bien équipée avec une ambiance de calme. On se sentait chez-soi. Bernard et Mireille nous a accueilli et étaient charmants. On nous a donné des tomates du jardin( super) et du vin de la région et des biscuits. La maison est située pas loin de Brantome, et il y a de bons chemins si vous aimez le vélo. On aimerait bien revenir l'année prochaine. On a passé des vacances inoubliables dans une belle maison pleine de charme. Merci.
