There is a window air conditioner in the living room should you need it, plus two ceiling fans. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Free secure 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. Free local, USA mainland, Canada and select international phone calls are included. There is a smart flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room. There is a desk and chair for working and a washer and dryer inside the condo. The master bedroom has King size bed, TV with built in DVD player and ceiling fan. Bathroom has tub/shower with hand railing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large counter space to prepare meals. If you like to dine out, there are many great restaurants within walking distance.

Other Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear, guest will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:
* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival
* Within 60 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs)
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.
