Pretty typical PERIGOURDINE HOUSE with POOL Stone (3 star ranking prefectural) for 4/5 people, adjoining another cottage (swimming pool with 2 cottages), THE LITTLE FISH *** is located 8 km from Sarlat, 4 km CARLUX, in a very large park. Enjoy the comfort and quiet of the place, while a few miles from Sarlat and therefore the major sites and the various activities offered by our department (Castles, Abyss, Caves, Gardens)
The cottage includes:
- Ground floor dining room (sofa, 2 armchairs) with fireplace overlooking kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc ...) shower room and toilet.
- In the first floor bedroom of 13 m2 (140 bed), a second room of 13m2 (140 bed) with a mezzanine (bed 90) .WC and bathroom.
- Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
- Secure swimming pool 8x4m

Gite authentique et trés calme. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et de bonnes adresses pour les marchés. Le calme, la piscine et les chevreuils qui venaient nous dire bonjour.Gite a conseiller. On réfléchit à revenir.

Très belle région avec bcp de sites à voir ou revoir. Très bons produits régionaux. Y revenir pour découvrir d’autres sites. Une ou deux semaines n’y suffisent pas….

Lovely rustic cottage in great rural location

My teenagers and I really enjoyed staying in this pretty cottage. The location is very rural and quiet. Because it is in between the Dordogne regions of Rocamdour and Beynac, there are so many things to see under an hours drive. Then home to enjoy the swimming pool. The cottage is beautiful from the outside. The inside facilities, such as shower, are basic, and rustic, but all very clean and functional. The owner was very helpful and mended something that became broken immediately. We were very happy with our stay.

Endroit très calme et reposant

Un endroit très clame juste le chant des oiseaux . Une belle piscine agréable vu la canicule !!!Pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer juste un peu trop éloigné de tout mais on ne peut pas tout avoir .

A fabulous retreat

The location of the gite is superb - set within extensive grounds, providing a calm, quiet ambience, with welcome shade under a number of trees. An added bonus is a lovely swimming pool - a great place to cool off. The gite is rather rustic with some of the facilities being somewhat basic. The mattresses need updating and the gite lacks saucepan lids for those self catering ! The site is convenient for visits to Sarlat, the Dordogne Valley and other tourist destinations. We would recommend this cottage as any shortcomings in the interior are far outweighed by the idyllic site of the gite.

Supebe gîte dans un magnifique endroit.

Gîte conforme à la description, bien entretenu et situé dans un endroit calme et idyllique. La location est propre ainsi que la piscine. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et disponible pour les hôtes. Beaucoup de choses à découvrir à proximité : La Roche Gageac, Beynac, les ballades en gabare sur la Dordogne, Sarlat, Rocamadour, les villages troglodytes, les nombreux jardins et châteaux et le plaisir de faire un plongeon dans la piscine au retour de promenade et de terminer la soirée sur la terrasse. Un endroit à recommander aux amoureux de la nature (véhicule indispensable)

Super séjour !!!

Vacances trés agréables au gîte le petit pech. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines et le temps s'est arrêté. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et trés bien entretenus, la piscine est un gros plus et permet le farniente. L'intérieur de la location est certes rustique, mais la maison est trés bien équipée et les 2 chambres sont trés agréables et spacieuses. Le petit pech est mitoyen à un second gîte mais les entrées sont indépendantes et l'intimité est préservée. Les propriétaires qui vivent à proximité (mais pas sur place) sont charmants et discrets. Merci pour ce séjour et pour le soin que vous apportez dans l'entretien de cette demeure de charme. Nous recommandons cette location aux amoureux du calme et de la nature, aux familles et aux animaux de compagnie qui se régalent eux aussi dans le parc !!! De nombreux lieus touristiques sont à proximité et il y en a pour tous les goût.
