T2 apartment overlooking the pool
Very nice apartment facing south with a terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the pool view of the residence. The pool water is monitored daily for perfect hygiene. Children must be accompanied by an adult, obligatorily.
The room is equipped with bunk bed with 3 beds, a TV and large closets. The bathroom has a bath with a towel warmer and an auxiliary heater. The kitchen part is very well equipped; a sitting area is equipped with a corner sofa with chaise and then a very comfortable bed for 2 people.
All the comforts are there to spend a pleasant stay, in the quiet while being 10 minutes from downtown La Rochelle and beaches.
The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an imitation grass synthetic carpet that gives the impression of a 'mini garden'.

Super séjour à la rochelle
Résidence bien située et appartement très agréable et fonctionnel à 10 minutes du vieux port.

Appartement très agréable , très bien décoré et très bien équipé
Appartement dans lequel on se sent bien
En plus très belle terrasse et résidence sécurisée
Le petit moins: La porte coulissante de la salle de bain , une vrai porte serait mieux adaptée pour l'intimité
