*Primary bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached half bath.

*Second bedroom has a King size bed.

* Large level backyard to the lake edge where you will find a dock for swimming and fishing.

* Deck with sitting area and they dining area. Wire railing to better enjoy the view!

This was our first time in Cape Cod and unsure of where to stay. How lucky we were to find this home. The back yard was perfect for our dog and what a beautiful view of the pond, enjoyed watching the Swans, Ducks and Geese swimming. The home was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing week! The listing pictures somehow do not do this place justice. The house is immaculate, cozy in the best way, and totally family-friendly. Our hosts provided everything we could have needed from beach towels to luxurious shower products to wooden skewers for s'mores. The outdoor space is gorgeous, too! We spent HOURS kayaking, fishing, floating...just an absolute blast.

This cottage is nicely updated, with thoughtful amenities galore! The lake setting is quite peaceful and a small sand lake beach less than a 5 min walk away. Many beaches nearby. The hot tub was luxurious.The host, Aruna was fabulous. Checking in to see how we were doing. Gives you a wealth of information about local restaurants, beaches, attractions and more prior to your visit. Responds immediately to questions etc. Very easy to work with. Great couples getaway

Wanted to escape mid-week with my boyfriend. The house was a perfect spot. The waterfront view was so pretty and the private hot tub in the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Close to plenty of shops and things to do but still quiet and peaceful. Host was responsive, and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for future getaways.

This 3 bedroom/1.5 bath cottage is waterfront and has many amenities. Swim & fish from your dock or relax in the waterfront hot tub. Take the kayaks out on the lake. Toast marshmallows at the fire pit while the sun sets.
The interior of the cottage is just as nice! Large flat screen TV in the living room with lots of seating for everyone or enjoy a gourmet meal in the beautiful waterfront dining room (also good for games!).
