It was amazing! The pool was nice, and the amount of streaming services we had was incredible. It was very nicely cleaned and they do have care packages in rooms. Very close to lake George, stores, etc. It’s very convenient. My kids loved the pool, a solid 5 stars!

Thank you so much for letting us know you enjoyed your stay. Much appreciated.
Nice cabin with pool and bunks for the kids. The thruway is right next door with easy access to Lake George and other points. Super close to all Lake George and surrounding areas have to offer. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
We booked this callin as a last minute getaway. The house was was easy to find. I loved how they had a basket with all the things people tend to forget, like a toothbrush.

For sure James! Keep those pearly whites shining! So happy to hear you had a good time. Thanks. Glenda
Had a great stay at this location. House was clean and a perfect size for our family. The location was great for visiting both Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. The old VHS tapes were a hit for our rainy stay. And the board games were an added plus! I would suggest a fire extinguisher be more visible in the home if there is one, at one point there looked like a brush fire was right off the road and we would have been a bit more at ease if we could locate the extinguisher.
This cabin was perfect for my family. Private and nice size yard to take dogs out. Cabin was clean and as described. Less than 10 minutes to Lake George. There was a pool that we couldn't utilize due to the weather but it appeared very nice.

(+) very clean. very nice upgrades. pet friendly
(-) noisy roadway. did not like roku tv. small primary bedroom
This is my second time staying in one of Glenda’s beautiful properties. The cabin was incredibly clean, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful and surrounded by trees and wild flowers. It was so quick and easy to drive to the village. The pool was AMAZING. It was so warm the week we stayed and the pool was so refreshing to jump right into. We even enjoyed the few rain storms that passed through as the property is absolutely beautiful and picturesque. Just like my last stay, I would absolutely recommend. Glenda has a knack for giving the place an adirondack feel and she is super helpful whenever needed. Thanks again Glenda!! :)

Awh. Thanks for sharing your experience Maddy. It made my day and lifted my spirits. Our team works hard to offer clean and happy places. I love your attitude in life. Please revisit soon. It's beautiful here in the fall as well. Thanks again. Glenda
DO NOT STAY HERE – Unsafe, Unclean, and Hostile HostOur family trip to Lake George turned into a nightmare at a VRBO rental that was unsafe, filthy, and hosted by an aggressive, hostile person. We arrived to find the yard littered with trash, the house smelling of alcohol and cigarettes, and completely uncleaned—unmade beds, garbage, and signs of recent occupancy. When we called the host, Glenda, she rudely acknowledged the mess and told us to leave while she brought a cleaning crew. Upon her arrival, she stormed in yelling, refused to listen, and became violently aggressive—screaming slurs, slamming a chair, and shouting racist insults at my husband. Fearing for our safety, we fled and had to find emergency accommodations elsewhere. VRBO offered no meaningful help, demanding “proof” despite our detailed report and trauma. The host denied all wrongdoing and blamed us. We never stayed at the house but paid the emotional and financial price. This was a terrifying, discriminatory experience. Please avoid this property and be cautious—your safety and dignity are worth more.

There is a clear reason VRBO didn t help. They heard my side . If anyone should have been fearful it was the host. Enough said. Glenda

I absolutely loved the fact that there are no neighbors and it is so secluded. Huge perk. Quiet and peaceful. Cannot wait to go back!
We had a great time visiting Lake George. This place was close enough to everything we wanted to do and accommodating to our family. Clean and stocked well. Just need a little better heating since it got pretty cold at night even with space heaters running.
Very cute place to spend the time with family, We had nice 3 nights and everything needed were available in the house.
Thank you for all the help Glenda!

the property was very nice and just as advertised. My only issue is that I attempted to communicate with the owner to ask several questions and only got one response once we had already arrived. I heard nothing for weeks prior and am still waiting for a response regarding a double payment.

The house is clean and beautiful! I would rent it again! The only thing was the pool, it was rainin!
I had a great 4 days stayed, it’s very cozy and well maintained! I went there with my kids and my sister and we had an awesome time!
I was very disappointed with the log cabin that I didn't stay at. First of all Glenda said it was secluded. It was not. Upon arrival it was situated adjacent to a highway! It was louder than the city I live in. When we entered there were dead wasps and even live wasps in the cabin. Upon further inspection of the house we saw there was a swarm of them outside the house. we couldn't get in the cabin without a couple of wasps coming in at least. Upon contacting Glenda she was very cold and did not respond to my many calls and texts. Only responded once saying she cannot address any problem till later. That was unacceptable. Then finally later on she texts me rudely saying I have the nerve to be so rude and stingy with haggling with her. Then she admitted she knew she had a wasp problem which was a problem all over the county! Why not take care of the problem before you let people stay there? We had someone with a bee sting allergy in our group! That's just negligent! Beware!

Just when you think you ve seen it all! They originally inquired about another property for a couple days and had many questions. I didn t mind that at all, but when they tried to book it they got angry with me because I should have held it for them and someone else booked the time. It just doesn t work that way. So, when I offered them another property - mind you the day before memorial day weekend- they wanted 25% off because they missed out on the first one. Not a good reason and not my fault but I agreed to take 25% off since they would be arriving next day and it might not have booked anyway. Then they asked if I could book direct with me so as not to pay the website fee. I told them I didn t want to do that. Then, they asked if I would reduce the price to 27% off to help them not to have to pay all airbnb service fee. I adamantly refused as I receive none of those fees. At this point I had had just about enough but kept my cool. So when they arrived they immediately didn t like the location which to me is country and peaceful and then the wasps. People in the entire town were fighting hornet's and bees. I googled it and found an article explaining the phenomenon that the Adirondacks had them coming from swamps etc. There were no nests on my property and yet he expected me to spray the entire Adirondack Mts I guess. I was also taking care of other guests needs and told him I d be there as soon as I could. Only narcicistic people think they should always be first. I explained that even when I drove my car down the road the bees and hornet's were everywhere and hitting my car as I drove. Me and everyone else. When I got there they were gone. I would not recommend these people to anyone and still believe , as others do , that the cabin is beautiful and well worth the rate. Just can t please some people.
