We love this property and always choose to stay here when visiting the area. Clean house, all necessary amenities, and tons of extras too. You can’t beat it both for comfort and economy.
The entire experience was terrific. Everything from the condition of the house, to the location, to the quality communication from the owner surpassed all other experiences we have had with VBRO. The house was exactly as advertised and in a great location between Cross Lanes & Charleston.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Cozy
Positives: Thoughtful, responsive owners. Bought our daughter a painting/coloring book, also provided us with some welcome muffins. Clean and cozy interior. Beds are comfy. Water power is fantastic.
Negatives: kitchen needs better stocking for those who like to cook. Bugs seem to find their way in easily which is expected for an old country cottage. This particular cottage is right off the main road, sound of passing vehicles is noticeable.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was great and the host was responsive to anything we needed. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!
We opened the door to find a cottage that was clean and smelled fresh. A loaf of sweet bread was waiting on the counter and ice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator. The beds were amazingly comfortable, a variety of pillows made it oh so easy to get a great night of sleep. So many little extras found throughout, made our stay extra special. No doubt, we shall return!!!
