Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with views of the water from almost every room. Wake up to the sound of the ocean from the large primary suite with high vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Primary bedroom also features a beautiful custom made sectional sofa with large flat screen TV. Three other bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a queen, share a hallway bathroom with double sink. A 5th bedroom is used as a den with a YV and pull out queen sofa. Direct access to the upstairs deck where you can sip cocktails, while viewing both the sun set and the water views.

The newly renovated garage has a stall shower with bench has both hand held and shower head to indulge in a long soak or simply wash off the sand from your fun days on one of Black Point’s many beaches. A washer and dryer, beach chairs, water floats, and many other outdoor activities and games can also be found in the garage. Take a beautiful kayak ride on the serene morning waterfront with the two kayaks and life vests also available for you in the garage.

Niantic is a charming New England seaside village located between Boston and New York. This quaint town is only minutes away from art galleries, boutiques, wineries, and world class casinos. There is also a children's museum and a movie house in the center of town. Niantic is a 25 minute drive from historic Mystic Seaport, the renowned Mystic Aquarium, and is close to rail and ferry service to Long Island, Block Island, and Fishers Island. During the day, relax on the many private beaches in Black Point; all just a few steps from your front door. There are also tennis courts (hard court and clay), a basketball court, and playground available at the Black Point Clubhouse (a short walk away), as well as swimming lessons for kids. The Black Point Market is sure to have anything you might need during your stay, including delicious ice cream and other sweet treats!
