My daughter is allergic to mold and we did see areas of mold. Also, think the rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. Overall, love the location and really enjoyed the house. Also, convenient for the pets. Thank you! Very pleasant stay.

Nice home with plenty of living and kitchen space. Excellent location across from beach access. Easy trips back and forth to beach when we wanted. Enjoyed deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hose for rinsing after beach and 2 parking pads. Close enough to walk or golf cart to center street, Berts, Dead low coffee and other favorites.

Our stay at the Treehouse was great! The location made it so easy to go back and forth from the house to the beach or to the shops and the pier without having to drive. The house was clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed.

We had a marvelous stay at The Tree House! Everything was accurate about the listing, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The large deck and backyard was perfect for our needs. Folly Beach is such a gem and a treat for us, and The Tree House added so much to the experience.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay! The view from the dining area was perfect! The openness of the entire 2nd floor gave us plenty of room to spread out, but still be together when we wanted. Bedrooms on the first floor meant nice cold sleeping! As far as “not being directly” ocean front, it was as good if not better! The second floor deck was Perfectly hidden from the public!

This is an amazing location. One thing I want to point out is the fenced in area in the back. If you have a pet this works out great. Beyond that I loved being a bit removed from the main area. Its a easy 15 minute walk to the restaurants and such. So it's very quiet but still easy to not drive everywhere.
