Beautiful Bahama Bay Resort. 15 minutes from all the parks.
Recently upgraded to Platinum (Highest level). New glass top range/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Newly painted and new wood floors (January 2022)
Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this 3-bedroom Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen‐sized in the first guest bedroom, and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the living room. This Abacos villa also features two full bathrooms.
Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, new oven w/ glass-top stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from 2 screened balconies with tables and chairs.
An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or bedrooms.
Best location in the resort. Building 18, 50 feet to the pool, beach, dock, and bar/restaurant. Quiet third floor unit with no one above.
Free parking right out side the door.
All Bahama Bay amenities are included in the price of your rental. There are 4 heated pools, 6 hot tubs, a children's splash park, playground, video game room, beach, lake, BBQ grills, walking / jogging nature trails, volleyball, tennis, basketball, fishing dock, pool tables, foosball, fitness center, Internet cafe computer stations, library, and free coffee/tea 24/7. There is a full service spa onsite as well as 2 restaurants, a market and gift shop. Off site there are restaurants, a Publix (grocery store), liquour store, pubs, golf course, gas station, bank and all sorts of other shops. All within a 5 minute drive.
No additional fees or service charges at the resort. Your payment includes everything.
The unit is not wheelchair accessible. No elevator.

A great stay

We visited for my sister’s bachelorette trip to the magic kingdom. It’s a great distance from the attractions and the places we wanted to eat. Check out and check in was very easy.

Fabulous

The location is just perfect, close to the pool and restaurant. The resort has everything that you could possible want. So many facilities that we could used and met so many friendly people. This really was a perfect stay for the whole family. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is really quiet. Excellent communication with the owner. We would love to stay again very soon as it really was a great vacation.

Enjoyed the condo, has everything we needed. Everything was clean. Nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. Pool super close, perfect temperature. Beach area is beautiful. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Property has lots of trees and plants, trimmed and well-tended. We’ll definitely return.

Amazing accomodations!

The pictures don't do the condo justice. We stayed with 4 kids, ranging 8-15 and there was plenty of spade for everyone. John was so generous and let us check-in early and then check out late. It was so much appreciated. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in the area! Thank you!

Great place that has everything you need.

We booked this condo to watch our son play baseball at the NERP field. The field was less than 5 minutes away. Quiet complex. This unit is right by one of the pool areas that had beach volleyball, hammocks and pool. Complex has basketball courts, 2 pickleball courts and shuffleboard. The condo had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Nice property but a couple challenges

Our reservation was not found under our name when we went to check in. It took property management over an hour to finally figure out that the owner had not put our name down in the reservation but instead his own. Facilities and amenities are good. Living room furniture in the rental was broke down and not very comfortable.

Great Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood" The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, though it is a bit far from the park if you're planning to visit frequently. One thing to note is that the building does not have an elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or staying for an extended period. Being on the 3rd floor might be challenging for some. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and cozy home base! Thank you John

Nice 3 bedroom condo in resort area

We are south florida locals that drive up to Orlando to spend time at the Disney parks a few times a year. We usually stay at Disney resorts but this time we decided to stay off campus. It was a quick trip - we only spent 1 night at the condo so we didn't get to enjoy all of the resort amenities. The condo was located 30 minutes away from Magic Kingdom and was a great deal for the price. Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable and it seemed super quiet and safe at the resort. Only downside was cooking breakfast the morning before we checked out - the kitchen was stocked with a bare minimum amount of pots and pans and the electric stovetop would stop working as soon as we turned on the coffee maker. If you're not planning on eating in, this is a great family friendly spot!

Universal/SeaWorld Vacation

About a 30 minute drive without traffic, could be up to 50 minutes with traffic. The stay was worth the extra travel time for us as the condo was spacious enough for our family of four. We had an issue with the toilet running constantly and loudly on our second day. The service was quick to respond and it was corrected before we returned for the day. I like that all of the towels and bedding were supplied. The owner communicated with us in a timely fashion. The upkeep is done by an onsite service. We were able to enjoy the amenities of a hotel without the hotel feel. I would highly recommend.

Spacious

Lovely layout of this condo and nice resort. While it may be slightly outdated it was perfectly nice for our family we enjoyed the layout and the bedrooms. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the activities at the resort because we were busy at Disney. (there was a hidden princess figurine and I'm afraid my wife accidentally packed it sorry!). I would say that perhaps the host might leave a bottle of olive oil in the kitchen as we of course didn't pack it. Getting to Disney is easy but the lights on the main road there are a hassle as they are not timed (this has nothing to do with the condo). Overall enjoyed, thank you. DK
