A very pleasant holiday close to the beach and other amenities; shopping, petrol, restaurants. The owner and manager were very accommodating and easy to contact. Kitchen equipment was plentiful. I can highly recommend a stay there.

Kids played for ages in the warm pool. Short walk to beach and amenities. Quiet neighbourhood. Bikes were a nice plus. Clean and reasonably stocked.

Jolie maison au calme, très bien équipée, propre, spacieuse, la literie est de qualité. Très bon accueil de la personne qui s'occupe de la maison, et très bons contacts avec Mr Pil le propriétaire qui reste disponible si besoin. La maison est également très bien située : à 5-10mn à pied de la plage, 5-10mn à pied de la superette et du marché. A 10 mn en vélo du port de St Cyprien via la piste cyclable qui longe la plage (donc en toute sécurité pour les enfants). Ne manquez pas de faire un tour en bateau sur le Nausicaa (brochure et contact mis à disposition par Mr Pil). Multitude de visites possibles aux alentours de la maison. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, je recommande cette location.

Un Villa de Classe

Une Villa de classe dans une cité balnéaire qui en manque singulièrement (principalement le week-end). Mentions particulières pour : le niveau de propreté et d’entretien général la taille, la profondeur et la température de la piscine le confort des coussins des lits de piscine le niveau qualitatif général des équipements et des ustensiles. la smart tv du salon le bon fonctionnement de l'air-co le bon positionnement par rapport à la plage et aux petits commerces de bouche La personne qui gère le bien sur place fait du bon travail et est d'un contact agréable. Il convient d'avertir que l'accès à l'étage supérieur se fait par un escalier qui peut être problématique avec des jeunes enfants ou pour des personnes qui ont de légères difficultés ambulatoires.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich kann meinen unzähligen Vorrednern nur zustimmen: es ist alles genau wie in der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zum Beispiel drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen: Pads, Kapseln und Siebträger. Es gibt Austernöffner, Käsereiben von Tupperware, zig verschiedene gute Pfannen, einen Miele-Staubsauger, eine neue Bosch-Waschmaschine - es ist einfach alles da und alles sauber!! Und der Kontakt ist der freundlichste, den ich je hatte. Wir waren mit unseren 5 Kindern da und fühlten uns sehr wohl! Das Haus kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Très belle maison!

Tout était conforme à la description (très précise) de l’annonce. Propreté parfaite. La maison est très bien située pour la plage et le port. Les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables et la piscine chauffée un vrai plus! Équipements nombreux et de qualité. Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter!

Great location for a relaxing holiday

The house is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the availability of bikes was an added bonus. The location is perfect- just a short walk to the beach, small supermarket and a wonderful boulangerie. The main evening activity is based around the harbour which is only a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. The market on Tuesday and Friday mornings has everything and is recommended for buying your fruit & veg. Philippe was quick to respond to messages and we would recommend this property.

La maison est très belle et très bien entretenue, l aménagement correspond parfaitement à la description et de très bonne qualité. On a beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée. On rejoint la mer en 5 min à pieds,le port et centre en 15 min, commerce et boulangerie à 2 min. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison que nous recommandons vivement.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle villa dont nous apprécions le confort et la piscine chauffée qui est un vrai plus. Sa situation au calme mais à 400 m de la plage, proche du centre ville, du marché et du port permet de tout faire à pied ou à vélo Proche aussi des étangs du Canet, idéal pour faire du vélo, un footing ou tout simplement se balader Sur les conseils de Mr PIL nous avons testé le Caliente. Très bien et tout proche de la maison. Nous n'avons pas encore eu le temps d'essayer ses autres adresses gastronomiques mais nous espérons bien le faire une autre fois. Encore merci à Mr PIL et à la personne sur place pour la disponibilité, l'accueil et les conseils

Un super séjour dans cette belle villa au calme

Un séjour parfait dans cette villa bien équipée, au calme tout en étant à 400 m de la plage. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces (boulangerie, petit supermarché), du marché local, le promenoir le long de la plage et les restos du port. Tout à pied, c'était vraiment idéal. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir au printemps. Un grand merci à Mr PIL et à la personne sur place pour l'accueil et les conseils

Villa bien sympa!

C'est la deuxième année où nous louons cette villa et nous sommes toujours satisfaits!! Le propriétaire s'investit beaucoup: manuel disponible à la villa, envoie de mails pour indiquer les évènement dans St Cyprien ou les nouveauté à la villa. La piscine c'était déjà bien mais maintenant chauffée c'est le top!! et les lumières qui s'éclairent le soir, j'adore! et nouvelle télévision !! des plus qui sont très appréciables! Je recommande vivement cette villa!!!!!!

Vacances au top

Nous revenons de 15 jours de vacances dans cette magnifique villa. Très bien entretenue, très bien organisée, rien à dire pour cette villa de rêve. La piscine chauffée (et équipée de système d'alarme) a été largement appréciée des petits comme des grands. Les chambres étaient parfaites, tout comme le "dortoir" des enfants. La cuisine très bien équipée. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances de rêve. La situation géographique est également parfait (400m de la plage, 1,2km du port : 5 min en vélo). L'accueil est idéal, un petit classeur soigneusement pensé nous a permis de nous approprié les lieux, les bonnes adresses données nous ont permis de faire de belles balades, et nous restaurer dans des lieux très sympa. Bref... Allez y les yeux fermés! Merci encore au propriétaire et à son bras droit sur place qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous.
