If you're looking for a vacation rental this summer we have the place for you. Located in between Platte Lake and Crystal lake lies my 1000 SQ ft home. It is a 2 bedroom one bath house on a half acres surrounded by tall tree. The second bedroom also has a custom built loft for the kids or adults who think they are kids still. Below that is a full size bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a brand new laundry room also available for your use.

We are 4 hours away from the Detroit Metro area and a couple hours away from Grand Rapids. Beulah has a lot to do from boating, fishing, swimming, biking, 4-wheeling, sight seeing, etc. If you have a ski boat, bring it and you can take it to Platte Lake a mile from the house or Crystal Lake minutes away. We are also not far away from Platte River or the Betsie river for Trout and Salmon fishing, kayaking or canoeing. If you're lucky, you might also get to see the deer that live in the backyard. There is also a lot of other wildlife that visit the house. We are minutes away from the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. We also have a play structure for the children and a fire pit for those summer nights.

The house is only 15 minutes away from Downtown Frankfort, 10 mintues from Beulah, 30 minutes from Glen Arbor, 50 minutes from the world famous Fishtown and 40 minutes away from Traverse City.

Other noteworthy places to visit or use within 45 minutes is Crystal Mountain and Manistee.

We go to this property to unwind and unplug from the outside world. There is no WiFi or cable. We do have a tv with a dvd and vcr for those rainy days. There is DVDs and videos. There is also a Roku available to connect to your cell phone. I only recommend this if you have unlimited internet. Board games are in the laundry room.

Please note that this house is in a rural area, in a very small, quiet community.

Last thing is we hire a house cleaner after every renter to insure that the house is in great condition for the next renter. This is non-negotiable.
