The thoughtfully designed open floor plan is ideal for entertaining large groups and features a main level master suite with oversized bathtub and an island kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Amenities include cherry floors, double-sided fireplace. Amazing house and views!

Beautiful, spacious home close to Traverse City

This house was terrific! Our family of 10 adults had plenty of room to visit together but enough bedroom space for privacy. We really enjoyed the deck with beautiful surroundings and the large kitchen - it was the perfect spot to gather!.

Traverse City Birthday Weekend

Since Covid hit it was time to get away with friends for my husbands Birthday! This was a perfect find. Close to downtown and no neighbors right next door. Shelly responded promptly after I responded to any questions I may of had. We really enjoyed our stay here. Christmas celebration

The house was beautiful and clean with beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay there. It would be amazing to be at the house during the summer when you can sit out on the deck. Shelly was great to work with. She responded quickly to all our inquiries.

Perfect family vacation

The house was spacious and beautiful. Everything we needed for a great family vacation was there. Beautiful scenery with morning coffee on the deck for adults, inside and outside entertainment options for the kids with lots of land to explore, grass to play in, and a basketball hoop. The location was ideal. Felt completely private, but a fairly short drive to downtown as well as many Leelanau peninsula wineries. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Surpasses High Expectations

Phenomenal home that is even better than the pictures would lead you to believe! The interior is immaculate and the view from the deck is incredible both in the morning and in the evening. The house is also on a private drive and is very secluded which is great. Shelly is a fantastic host who is responsive and ready to answer any questions and give any recommendations. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
