You will appreciate our family home which combines the charm of the old with the modern and upscale comfort of a recent renovation. Its location is ideal near the beaches and the golf course, in an old quarter full of charm and calm.
The large kitchen / dining room located in the new veranda is equipped with all the latest household appliances: 2 ovens, 1 of which is steam, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, microwave, robots, nespresso machine ...
The house is 180m2 and has 5 bedrooms: 3 with large queen size beds (1 can be made into 2 single beds), 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 small with 2 pull-out beds + 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower and wc) and 1 separate wc.
There is a washing machine and 1 dryer and all the equipment for a baby: cot, high chair, bath ...
The linen is provided.
Outside, a pretty enclosed garden of 200m2 equipped with garden furniture, tables, chairs, deckchair, barbecue, and a very sheltered and sunny courtyard.

Merveilleux séjour à Saint Briac

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette magnifique maison à Saint Briac. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la très jolie maison, et surtout l’emplacement idéal pour profiter de Saint Briac. On peut tout faire à pied de la maison et les plages sont à 2 min. La maison est très agréable à vivre, impeccablement organisée et équipée.

Parfait pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants

Bien pensée du point de vue pratique, la maison radie un charme authentique d'atmosphère familiale soignée. Les plages sont toutes proches, même pour les petites jambes ! et on peut les laisser gambader dans le jardin fermé. On reviendra !

Excellent !! Nous étions venus à Noël et etions tellement tombés sous le charme de cette belle maison et de St Briac, que nous sommes revenus en février sous un magnifique soleil ☀️ ! À nouveau un très grand plaisir d’être dans cette maison généreuse et agréable avec sa cuisine conviviale et ouverte sur le jardin. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, à quelques mètres de plages magnifiques, et du sentier côtier à couper le souffle. La maison est extrêmement agréable à vivre, remarquablement propre, très bien équipée et aménagée. Elle est aussi très bien isolée et confortable, y compris pour des vacances en hiver. Nous avons passé Noël en famille (à 8) dans cette jolie maison spacieuse et chaleureusement décorée (mention spéciale à la cuisine en véranda), la maison est parfaite très bien équipée proche des plages, Saint Briac tellement charmant. Accueil chaleureux et très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Bref nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons reloué pour les prochaines vacances !

Das hat Charme und ist heimelig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr persönlich und absolut funktionell.

Wir waren mit acht Kindern im Alter von 5-17 Jahren im Haus. Das Haus ist tadellos eingerichtet. Funktionell. Die Übergabe und Abnahme verliefen reibungslos. Es war auch immer jemand erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte. Einzig, was ich nicht empfehle, mit 10 Erwachsenen Personen das Haus zu mieten. Wir haben in der Küche sehr eng gesessen. Auch das Treppenhaus ist wahnsinnig schmal. Mann kommt mit den Koffern fast nicht hoch. Aber ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen. Fam. Tschamper

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison .Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée .La maison est authentique, confortable, et très bien équipée (mobilier intérieur et extérieur / vaisselle / cuisine ...). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la véranda avec la grande cuisine qui donne directement sur la pelouse du jardin (très joli et bien entretenu ).Il y a plusieurs plages de Saint Briac (4 ou 5 ) rapidement accessibles à pieds (ainsi que le golf).Pour les sorties, plusieurs restaurants de qualité et le "célèbre" bar du dériveur sont à proximité (quelques minutes de marche,sans nuisances sonores).Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette charmante demeure.

Very good house, well appointed, convenient and a pleasure to stay in.

The house was very well and comfortably furnished, it had a superb kitchen and all necessary equipment. The garden was big enough for the children to play. in. The house was five minutes walk from three major beaches and 10 minutes walk to the centre of St Briac. The weather was beautiful which made the stay even better. I would recommend the house to anyone with or without a family.

Excellentes vacances !

Maison charmante et très accueillante, spacieuse et très bien équipée, notamment un équipement très complet pour les bébés. A 3 minutes de la plage, elle est idéale avec des enfants en bas âge. La propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos interrogations avant notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un séjour pour les fêtes de Noël en famille dans cette ravissante maison. Elle est très confortable même pour l'hiver avec sa cheminée. Sa cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Et elle est situé dans un "coin" magnifique.

Maison charmante, joliment décorée, charleureuse et conviviale. Elle est par ailleurs située dans un beau village, à quelques centaines des mètres de différentes plages (et d'un golf en bord de mer pour les amateurs). Bref idéal pour passer des bonnes vacances !!!

très belle maison, confort haut de gamme, une très belle cuisine située dans une verrière très ensoleillée. la localisation est parfaite, à 3 mm de la plage à pied. les propriétaires sont avenants et chaleureux. nous y retournerons !!
