Great For Small Families!

The Snappy Crab is available for rent! The Seacrest Beach community is nestled between Rosemary and Alys beaches. Our home is a 3 bedroom (plus bunk room), 3 bath (1640 sq ft) home perfect for smaller families (sleeps 6-8). Family size should include a maximum of 4 adult-sized persons. No pets allowed. It has 4 night minimum. This may vary during peak travel season (June-August).

The 1st floor has an open bunk room with a full bath across the hall. The 2nd floor has 2 beautiful bedrooms (queen & king) with full bathrooms and TVs. The 3rd floor tower room has a queen sofa sleeper, twin sofa sleeper, wet bar and a TV. There is also a game table that is great for board games, cards, or puzzles. All 3 floors have balconies with seating areas.

Nothing was spared in this deluxe home! Four smart TVs, super fast and reliable WIFI, fiber-optic cable with lots of channels. A beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stocked pantry basics, and Culligan water filtration. Professionally decorated, 10 ft ceilings, wood floors and gorgeous tile. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. It also has a new heating and air conditioner.

The house is nestled between Rosemary and Alys beaches and only a short walk from the 12,000 square-foot, lagoon style pool (the best pool on 30a) where you can enjoy the multiple cascading pools and fountains. On the way to the pool (5-minute walk) you will pass a green area that is the perfect place for the children to run and play or have a family game of bocce ball. The beach is less than a ten-minute walk away or you can hop on the seasonal tram. The tram stops on the corner just two houses down and also behind the house. There is a green space great for outdoor games within a block of the house as well as a new outdoor fitness area. The beach has chair and umbrella rentals available. You can also venture down the street to the public beach access (Inlet Beach) which is larger, more desolate (my preference) and has a no stairs (flat) entry. It has beach chair rentals available as well but, unlike Seacrest beach, allows rolling carts/coolers and tents.

A spa and tennis courts are close by in neighboring Rosemary Beach (fees additional), and the renowned restaurants, boutiques and galleries of scenic-30a are all within a pleasant walk or bike ride. Bike rentals are available from various vendors nearby. Golf carts are not allowed in Seacrest, Alys, or Rosemary beach communities.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
•Linens and Towels - Please remove the coverlets, sheets & towels and leave by the washer/dryer.
•Trash - Please place all trash in the outside container (out back door to left). • Remove items from refrigerator and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
•Turn OFF all lights (including outside lights). •Leave ceiling fans ON. •Close and lock all doors (main level and balconies)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Travelers must state number of occupants accurately on reservation. A maximum of 4 adult-sized persons are allowed.
If items are damaged, notify the owner. Damages may result in a charge via vrbo credit card. I would prefer you let me know before my housekeeper.

The Snappy Crab was perfect for my 2 kids (20 and 17) and me. The house was so clean and well stocked. We loved having the beach chairs (MUCH better than renting the chairs at the beach!) and the house is close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome time and your house was stocked with everything we needed and more! I had brought kitchen utensils and more and we didn’t need any of it because your kitchen and house was stocked! The beds were comfy, the porches were amazing with views of the sunset on the top deck! The only downside is the access to the beach but that isn’t your fault. We will definitely be back!! :-)

The condominium exceeded our expectations! The pictures are wonderful but nothing compared to the real thing. The location was amazing with easy access to the tram service and the community pool. Title says it all. Was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the third floor area, it allowed a place for one of the kids to sleep, as well as a place for everyone to chill in the evenings. Rachel has the kitchen very well stocked with condiments, accessories, so if entertaining is your thing, you'll be very well prepared after a trip to Publix which is just a few miles down the road. Shuttle service was incredible, right on the corner, and was basically 'on-call' and we enjoyed biking or shuttling to the beach across the street.

Great Family Getaway!

My family of 5 (3 young kids) loved our stay at this property! The house was very clean and just as advertised. The property owner/manager was very welcoming and proactive about communicating. The pool area was great and had a nice place to get lunch and drinks. The Seacrest area in general was very nice with tons of shops, restaurants and activities. Beach was a quick (less than 10 min) walk or you could catch the tram (large 3 row golf cart) right at the corner. Renting beach equipment (chairs, umbrella) can get pricey, but you can also bring your own and there is an area to set up. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this property!

This home is the perfect size for our family of 5. Located in the safe and beautiful community of Seacrest beach, we enjoy walking and riding bikes and admiring the unique architecture of surrounding communities. The largest pool on 30a is just a hop, skip and jump from our home and the beach is a short walk or tram ride. My children can spend the entire day at either!
