About this property

Our home is located in Midtown Wilmington, so appropriately named for its central location between the beach and the beautiful, historic downtown. It is also within walking or $2 uber ride distance of some fabulous local breweries, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and the cross city trail. It's located on 0.6 acres of land that includes a back deck for enjoying some morning coffee, fire pit and is perfect for those travelers wishing to bring their pups.

Our home is well-equipped with all your comfort and travel needs including a fully functional kitchen with cooking supplies, blender, toaster and coffee maker. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer available. Two beach chairs and towels provided for trips to our beautiful beaches. Games, puzzles, books and movies, to be watched on the big screen TV, are available for something to do on the rare rainy day. It's also equipped with 1 GIG Fiber internet for our guests needing to work from home. Last, but certainly not least, there are 2 comfy beds (one king and one queen) for a good night sleep after a full day of fun.

Wonderful little place

The property was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. No real complaints to be made. It was clean, comfortable, and we had no problems. Cost was reasonable too. What else can you ask for. Location for us was very convenient. We would definitely stay again. I'd buy it if I could. Thank you.

Our stay at Kelley's place was wonderful. It's very well stocked with everything you need. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I would recommend staying here and will stay again when visiting our son and daughter in-law.

Great place to stay with your pup

This cute 2 br had everything we needed and the yard was completely fenced so our dog could go out easily! Centrally located.

Wonderful weekend

We stayed for 2 nights to return my daughter to UNCW. This house was very clean. Check-in was super easy. Snacks, water, and coffee was available. We had everything we could want for an enjoyable stay.
