This charming, peaceful home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Midtown Wilmington, so appropriately named for its central location between the beach and the beautiful, historic downtown. It has a fully stocked kitchen, fenced in backyard, outdoor shower and lots of privacy and charm with all the comforts and amenities of home. It also comes equipped with 1 GIG Fiber internet for those guests needing to work from home. There's a small, neighborhood playground and a larger city park/playground, as well as a salon and spa and escape room within walking distance. Hop on the cross city trail on your bike or a quick trip in the car to get to some of the best local breweries and restaurants less than 1 mile away. Great place to stay in Wilmington

This is the third house we've rented in Wilmington and our second experience with Kelley as a host. We've loved staying at both of Kelley's houses (the other is probably less than half a mile from this one). Kelley is very responsive, and the house and yard are great for both people and dogs. This house is on a quiet street, is convenient to everything, and is especially noteworthy for being only a block away from the Gary Shell Cross-City Trail, which is great for walking, running, biking, and bird watching. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Loved it

Very cute house and quiet neighborhood. Not too far from all the main attractions. We enjoyed being away from all the commotion that comes with staying on the beach.

Wonderful gem with great owners!

We stayed at the property for nearly five weeks and had such a great stay. The house has all the amenities you could need, plus an outdoor shower! I worked remotely during our stay and there is a separate office room that was so convenient. The owners were wonderful, and would communicate through VRBO or text if they were coming over to take care of the yard or anything else. It's a perfect location - 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to the beach. The backyard is also enormous and has a great charcoal grill to enjoy the lovely weather. Could not have enjoyed our stay more and would stay here a million times over :)
