This elegantly designed and spacious unit boasts two bedrooms, a loft, and three bathrooms, located on the sixth floor of the building. Perfect for families, this rental can accommodate up to eight guests in beds and offers a variety of amenities to enhance your comfort, including a Pack-n-play crib, a game table suitable for cards or board games, and a sound bar in the main living area for those with hearing impairments, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The primary level of the unit features impressive vaulted ceilings in the main living area, which is furnished with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Additionally, there is access to a private balcony that offers views of the Winter Park Ski Resort and partial sights of the Continental Divide.
The dining room, located adjacent to the primary living area, is elevated and features a large wooden table that seats six individuals. Moreover, there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar that overlook the kitchen. The kitchen itself is fully equipped, providing ample countertop space, modern appliances, and plenty of cabinetry.
The upper level of the unit includes an open loft that overlooks the main living room area below. This loft is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and it has access to a full bathroom.
The entry level of the unit contains the master bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom that includes the added luxury of a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there is a second bedroom on this level that features both a double and a twin bed, along with a flat-screen TV to entertain the children.
The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area. Additionally, residents can conveniently walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for various dining and shopping options.
