Amenity deck with access to Hot tubs and grills is closed for renovation from April 29th, 2024 to January 2025. Project hours are 7am to 7pm Monday through Saturday for Founders Pointe and Frasers Crossing.

This studio unit is a newer private top floor unit with great views of the slopes and the hot tub. With a short walk to the slopes, this studio unit has everything you need! Complete with a kitchenette including a mini-refrigerator, microwave with convection oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils, and dishes, you can plan to fix a quiet meal away from the crowds one night or eat a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. The studio unit is furnished with linens, toiletries, and wireless internet access. It sleeps 5 with a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, and single ottoman (suited for a child). This unit connects to a fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit if you are traveling with family or friends and would like to room next to each other (See VRBO 646508). If you're looking for other properties, we have an additional Ski In / Ski Out unit located across the street in Zephyr Mountain Lodge (1 bedroom / Sleeps 4 - See VRBO #1744346.)
Located in the beautiful Founders Pointe complex, the amenities abound! A heated parking garage ($19 daily in winter and $0 per vehicle in summer (regardless of how many days you are staying,) private ski locker, secure bike storage, free wireless internet, building laundry room, and a beautiful lobby living room with a 2 story fireplace. There is a spacious 3rd-floor outdoor amenities plaza with incredible views, featuring a huge hot tub, 2 sided fireplace, lounge chairs, and tables, and 2-gas grilling stations all waiting for you upon your stay in this complex.
Health & Safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. We understand that cleaning a property effectively requires specific training, appropriate supplies, and a systematic process. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our professional cleaning service has implemented additional steps to include even more rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols. While we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure you stay safe and we highly encourage you to wipe down all surfaces as you feel necessary. These procedures are not a guarantee of safety.
The condo is owned and operated by the owner not a management company. We pride ourselves on providing our renters the best-personalized vacation experience. Direct communication allows us to answer questions before your arrival or while on site.

Growing up visiting Winter Park for family vacation gave me a love of the Colorado Mountains. Owning property in Winter Park is a lifetime dream and being able to share my love with others is a true joy. Our family considers Winter Park a home away from home, the place that we can escape and have fun making memories. We take special care of all of our units to ensure that our guests have a personalized experience. We do this because we consider these units an extension of our home and want every guest to feel comfortable. We have traveled the world and some of our fondest memories are those staying in vacation rentals.
