Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach IV.' Our condo is located in the newly remodeled Beachview Condominium complex right across the street from the popular Hang Out! We are within walking distance to MANY main attractions, restaurants and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores! It is the perfect romantic retreat for 2, or a relaxing and fun get away for up to 4. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor, (1st floor being the covered parking underneath), towards the front. We have taken great pride in updating the interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you.

Our cozy Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable queen size bed with a luxurious 4" memory foam mattress topper for a restful night's sleep. Also in the room is a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, new memory foam mattress, with all the sheets and linens provided for both beds, making sleeping accommodations for up to 4. There is a dresser with an abundance of space for your clothing, and a hanging rack also provided. A 40'' HDTV with cable tv is there for your convenience as well. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, and stocked with many amenities for your use. Our kitchen is very vibrant and equipped with a single serve coffee maker, toaster oven, single burner cook plate, and the convenience of everything you need to prepare meals, if you desire. There is also a small table with 2 chairs for dining. HOWEVER, with so many restaurants within walking distance, you can enjoy a "cook free" true vacation!

Additionally, our vacation condo provides FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is limited covered parking, with an additional lot in the rear, 1 elevator, as well as 2 stairwells in the front and rear.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT & BUILDING. NO PETS ALLOWED!

GREAT spot for a long weekend

Our group of three came to Gulf Shores for a long weekend at the beach and to see a concert. I can’t speak highly enough about the location- a 30 second walk to the beach across the street, close to restaurants, stores, and activities, and a relatively cheap uber ride to surrounding areas. The unit was clean and comfortable, an ocean view from the window, and even just smelled great when we walked inside. Check-in was beyond easy, a key pad code and clear parking instructions were sent prior to arrival. We were able to show up and get right down to beaching for the weekend. If you have a smaller group, this is the place for you!!!
