This condo was centrally located in downtown historic Annapolis. It was clean and had all the amenities you’d want - flat screen smart tv; wonderful deck overlooking the city; parking close by; full kitchen and quiet neighborhood.
This place is fantastic. So comfortable with an amazing location. Me and four buddies were there for a reunion and had an incredible time. There’s even a washer & dryer that we didn’t know about! Loved it and the friends that came over were beyond impressed!
This is a great location near the center of town. Very spacious, really nice deck and the bedrooms were spacious. Christina was a fantastic host! There are 5 beds in the condo, so if you are bringing guests to visit the USNA it’s a good place to grab!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so conveniently located that we parked our car in the nearby city parking garage and walked almost everywhere. Plenty of space to gather, both indoors and out. Great communication with the host!
This is a beautiful property, right in the heart of downtown Annapolis. the brand new parking garage is steps away from the front door. Love the outdoor deck, for coffee and tea in the morning and a sip of wine at the end of the day. Beautiful, modern kitchen that is well equipped. Beds are super comfortable.
We had a fabulous stay! This property was an excellent location to see all that Annapolis has to offer. The hosts were wonderful with communication and assisted with any questions during our stay. Highly recommend and looking forward to another visit soon. Thank you Christina and JP!
The place was wonderful! Location was perfect! Wish the weather had allowed us to use the patio. What a view! Roomy and comfy! Thanks for a terrific weekend!
The host was amazing!! Very responsive and even called before our arrival to advise of potential road closures. The location can’t be beat, I would definitely recommend this rental.
Host was very responsive to our questions. Apartment was very cute and had plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location for walking around Annapolis. Municipal parking lot is virtually across the street. I would definitely stay there again.
Christina (owner) was very responsive and accommodating. We booked for '26 USNA graduation (unit is about a 7 minute walk to the Yard...) We requested a few extras before check-in which were met (terrific!). Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is in the unit. Comfortable furniture with pillows, bath essentials and towels, kitchen set up - utensils, full frig, dish towels, paper towels, etc. The proximity to downtown Annapolis is wonderful. Shops, restaurants, bars are just steps away. We are planning to book the unit again in the fall.
