Second bedroom with a Queen bed has a side balcony offering views of both ocean and sound. The third Bedroom has two twin beds with Sound view. The fourth Bedroom is Nautical themed (Captain's Lair) with a Queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 flat screen cable TVs (2 Smart TVs), DVD player, Bluetooth enabled sound bars, stereo alarm clocks with USB ports, wireless high speed internet access, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. All baths have hair dryers. Spacious deck with porch furniture including table, rockers and cushioned lounge chairs from which to enjoy the magnificent oceanfront views and wildlife sights of dolphins, whales and pelicans. Gas grill and enclosed hot/cold outside shower located on lower level. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. Beautiful floor plan; decorated in a coastal theme and immaculate throughout. The house was perfect -- very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed newly renovated. The showers were amazing! The furniture (including deck furniture) and beds were comfortable and in great condition. Even the sheets were super soft. The entire house was tastefully decorated. We loved the view and appreciated the beach towels, chairs and shibumi that came with house. We would definitely recommend and will consider renting again! And the host was very friendly and responded quickly to all messages.

The house is beautiful and clean. The view from the house were amazing. I loved that beach was not crowded in this area so everyone was nicely spaced out. The kitchen was surprisingly equipped with really good quality cookware and dinnerware. The house had everything we need for the beach should we had need of them. I loved that the owners had pictures of how things should be put back in the kitchen and in the beach shed. I gave this house 4 stars and here's my 2 critiques. Inside the house on top of stairs coming down there is a piece of wood trim that is along the edges of the first step. That trim has a slight higher angle up. I almost tripped down the stairs on that coming down the stairs when my foot caught on it and the other one is down from the patio stairs at the bottom after the last step there is a tiny step of uneven wood which most of my family tripped going up or coming down multiple times during the trip. Even with this a beautiful house and I would rent again.

Our family had the best week at Cloud 9 East. The home was beautiful, very comfortable & extremely well equipped with everything we needed. Superb access to the beach with all the beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. We especially enjoyed the deck - binoculars were fun to use. Highly recommended!!

This house was Beautiful, had top notch amenities, very nice instructions how to use everything. The view was amazing, loved staying in this house. We were also very appreciative of the beach chairs and Shibumi shade provided(very convenient at the shed). Would live to stay here again. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to questions.

Perfect Beach House

We loved this beach house and it's location. The deck has awesome views and we would eat breakfast and dinner outside enjoying the beachfront view. The house was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you would need. We loved that chairs, toys, and boogie boards were located close to the beach in the provided shed. The house had spices, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. The decorations were very colorful and beach themed. The bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds. The owners were available for any questions. We loved this house and hope to stay again in the future!

It was pricey for what it is. The pictures of the house, specially the outside gives the impression that the house is bigger and you are getting only half of it. Even though it has the rooms needed for six people, and the decoration pleasurable, it felt tight. The kitchen was small. There were not enough towels, considering you are at the beach, and they were small. There were not bathroom mats or beach towels either. I bought them and left them there. The location in front of the beach was the best asset. The town nearby doesn’t have too much to offer. For the price paid and having rented properties during the summer in other places is not worth it. This can be a good place for a couple and small children.

Thank you for your comments, Isabel. Our pictures on the website accurately reflect our home size, location and the decor. The towels that we leave for guests are bathroom towels only. You had asked me about this and I did provide you a timely response stating we do not provide beach towels. We do provide just about everything else, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys/games. Wonderful Time and Location

Excellent overall experience including communications with owners and Emerald Isle Realty. Had one concern concerning refrigerator temp but learned it takes some time to get back to temp after loading groceries - no impact on stay at all. Property is just as described with plenty of guides on how to use appliances and where items are stored Beautiful view and having chairs, toys etc. already available and stored at bottom of stairs saved on some packing and lugging. We knew it going in - there are many stair steps to the beach and driveway is steep, which comes with the magnificent view - so may not be ideal for all family members, e.g. elderly. Perfect location on the island and having the Dollar General very nearby saved on driving to/from the Emerald Isle grocery stores in the commercial area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property keeping in mind stairs and steep parking for any vehicles after the first two..

The house is very nice with a wonderful view of the ocean from both floors. It was exceptionally clean and provided quality household, culinary and beach items that made our stay enjoyable. It was such a blessing to arrive there after a long drive where the beds were already made up and luxurious bathroom linens were set out for us. Susie was very responsive to our inquiries as we planned our stay. This property is definitely on our list for future visits to Emenrsld Isle.

When we visited Emerald Isle for the first time, we fell in love with the family oriented community, unspoiled natural resources, and where "Nice Matters".
