We were very satisfied with our stay. The condo is roomy, clean and well equipped in a very nice, safe neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Convenient location with plenty of parking and a great gym.

Nice condo in a quiet complex, with convenient parking and a great location within the complex. We were most impressed with Ethan's responsiveness, kindness, and flexibility. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay at one of Ethan’s condos. His condos have everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, had soft sheets and comfy beds, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is in a great location about ten minutes from a Whole Foods, Costco, and Trader Joe’s. It is about 30 minutes from downtown. If you are traveling for CCRM highly recommend for a comfortable medical stay. We will only book our Denver stays through Ethan because we know we are going to have a great, clean space.

Clean well equipped kitchen, onsite gym and pool. Only issue was my wife is highly allergic to pets and although it is a no pets allowed at some point especially in the living area there must have been pets as she had a pretty bad reaction and worse I. The living room to the point we had to find another Vrbo. The host was very understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay.

Working trip

We were happy with the home, downfall was parking with a big truck and trailer needs to be outside the subdivision on the main road which is a short 10 min walk. We were pretty tired and could have used the hot tub but it was not working and under repair. If needing into the pool area use white fobs provided on keys. Allow time to wash sheets before leaving the condo. Overall was a nice place, and owner was

This property was very clean and very comfortable. The complex was clean and secure. They were centrally located to where we were working. Ethan was great to work with and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay at this property again.
